I’ve tried to give this place a chance. I’ve been multiple times & it’s been hit or miss, but lately it’s more miss than hit. Actually, it’s 90% miss. My last straw was going there for breakfast. The young lady in the drive thru didn’t give me a receipt, didn’t scan my coupon in the Wendy’s app (even though she told me to download the item – using points that were never scanned) & then the food looked & tasted horrible. I took one bite of my breakfast sandwich & threw it away. It was awful! I not only wasted money but I wasted my time going to this location. If I choose quick service dining again, I’ll stick to another fast food franchise bcuz Wendy’s has gone down hill terribly over the last few years. This “new” location is just one reason why.

I come here because my kids like Wendy’s. They are rude, they always run out of food. They just magically stopped serving cheese fries. It’s been 4 months and they have no cheese sauce. I ask nicely every time and they act like I’m stupid and shouldn’t ask.

Horrible service!!! Children running this establishment! I got to the drive thru and was rudely interrupted by a cashier who had ZERO customer service skills! She interrupted me mid order and as she had an attitude about a biggie big!! refused my service because of her belligerent behavior and clicks off the speaker as if she doesn’t need her job. I asked for the manager and the number for Corporate as this location clearly needs better staff and management. The manager by the name of MICAH refused to give me any information on who to report this issue to as well as the child’s name, and told me to google corporates number! Literally the worst customer experience I’ve ever seen. The lack of is really baffling to me.

Food was good customer service was good everything was good. I actually witnessed the sandwich maker throw out and an old spicy patty and asked a member of the team to make some fresh ones. That same sandwich maker was also kind enough to help a member bag my food. That young man definitely deserves a raise. He was dark skin and had dreadlocs.

I ordered a Caesar salad and received it with old smelly lettuce .i called the store with no answer.i returned the salad back the next day and spoke to a manager.i was told by the manager that it’s not my problem and it wasn’t on his shift and you’re just at a lost..he jokes smiling as if it was funny..I asked for the GM and how to contact owner.he was being sarcastic to tell me he couldn’t give that information out. He later wrote the name of someone down to contact..I’ll be contacting corporate until I get to the bottom of this issue..no customer should have to spend their money and get bad service with bad food .

A Caucasian female manager just talked loudly to me and accused me of giving the staff the bird because their meat wasn’t ready—— when I did not. I just said I did not want to wait and drove off. This was a horrible experience. $15.95 for a small Sprite as no one ever brought my food. Being on my lunch break negates being able to wait for food to never show. Had to leave after waiting 15 minutes. Will never go here again!!!!! Lost a good customer over lack of service

I come here frequently and my order is accurate about 50% of the time. They will be out of ingredients but won’t inform you. It will just be upsetting once you finally get home to eat what you thought you ordered. So disappointing.
