I explained to the caller I had a coupon she made it seemed as if I were ignorant and couldn’t read the fine print and stated well try again and call us back at this point she clearly didn’t want my business. I went to pizza Hut in garden city today. I ordered a cheese steak pizza melt. The service was good and very friendly. However, the pizza melt was awful. The meat was so tough that I couldn’t even chew it, wound up spitting it out. Very disappointed in the quality of the food. Most of it went in the trash. Will not be back.

Ordered 1 pizza and 6 wings….the pizza dough was hard and chewy like it was in a warmer for hours. The pepperoni so badly distributed and barely there. The wings ok. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!

If I could describe this specific location I would say “Rough” we order a pizza for delivery and it looks like the driver murdered it. Granted when I called in and stay to the situation the woman I spoke with was very nice and understanding and that’s the only reason why I’m giving two stars. She made it right for me. When I arrived at the store there was chaos. It’s almost as if the employees did not know what they were supposed to be doing. pizzas were getting lost other customers were very upset it was just frantic. One guy just walked out in frustration. I would recommend you go down the road to Domino’s or Papa John’s

This Pizza Hut that I go to is TOTALLY AWESOME! I’ve never had an issue with this store. Great Customer Service! Always have my orders done right. Always have the orders done as soon as I walk. I’ve never had to wait or if I did, it wasn’t too long to wait. I’ve been a customer with this store a little over 2 years and I will continue to use this location.

This place was swamped with door dash orders and other orders like deliveries and walk ins when I got there 3 people walked out with dash orders for 2 people each and one lady with 20 pizzas and a ton of wings but the three people there were working were really hustling to get it done and were sincerely apologetic For the wait. I did not mind waiting because the staff was so kind and moved very quickly. Great job working under pressure and getting It done!
