Bad customer service. Bought some food yesterday, mash potatoes were awful. Tried to call today to talk to the manager about it and they have not bothered picking up the phone yet. Either they’re super busy or don’t believe in providing good service. Definitely getting a bad review for food and service from me.

Went through the drive thru at 11:30 am on 9/5/22and ordered a meal and a side of large Macaroni for my nephew. Got home, he opened up his meal and the macaroni looked like this. I called them to let them know that their macaroni is inedible but all I got was a rude response that it was fresh macaroni. There is no way that is fresh macaroni from today since your restaurant just opened. I had no problem paying $4.99 plus tax for the side of macaroni, I just expect a fresh , quality, and above all edible product.

The place is filthy. I only came here to give out a try again. SOS 16 to 20 minutes wait time for chicken. Girl in the back must be on break, eating and drinking her soft drink. Waited at the counter for 5 minutes for assistance. A person who is taking care of the drive-through window couldn’t even acknowledge me. So again, another failed attempt to eat at churches. Maybe this is why the churches on closner in front of the other HEB closed down. Waste of time and a very horrible experience.

Order was forced on me , had to get the 16piece chicken because they wouldn’t sell me the 8 tenders/ 8 leg n thighs, the for my side all they had was coleslaw, mash and bombers because they close @10 so they stop making food @ 9 so they can clean up

Go to get fried chicken thru drive thru window. We’re told no regular chicken just spicy. Call on the phone and ask again for fried chicken, they said they have it, but we have to wait 20 minutes. Terrible service. Bad enough prices are up then service goes down the drain also. Sure do miss church’s on s. Closner.

Saw that they were open, went through the drive thru to get some biscuits. Waited for 5 mins, no one answered and I kept trying to call but no one responded. When I drove around there was someone literally standing at the counter. Of you don’t want business so early then change your store hours.
