Went threw drive threw ordered grimaces birthday meal. The shake wasn’t mixed throughly and is horrible. I ordered the chicken nuggets and they rang up a big Mac. When handed the bag I goes with a big Mac. I said nope wanted nuggets. The managers response was oh sorry love. And handed me the bag. So 1 taken order needs to pay attention to what she’s doing. But I bet the car in front if me that the manager was talking to on drive thru was right. And ileven if it wasn’t it wasn’t money wasted for them since they didn’t pay. Maybe the 1’s that pay their bill is the order you need to make sure was right. I wish I could have given 0 stars but wouldn’t let me.

I got the 10 piece nugget meal. The fries are cold the milkshake was mostly whip cream and after telling them twice they gave me bbq sauce. This is the Elkton VA location. At 2:09 pm is when I ordered my meal it is 2:23 pm now.

Today officially made it my 6th time going there where they have told me either their McFlurry machine is down or being “cleaned”. This place out of any other mcdonalds I’ve ever been at gets our orders wrong or tells us that we have to go pull into a waiting spot for our order to be ready. The workers here have terrible attitudes and are very unprofessional.

Usually very fast, it can get busy at lunch and dinner time. Sometimes, the line stretches out into the main road. It’s better sometimes to go inside and order when the line is that long. They have the order screen that a lot of people don’t use, it’s way faster than standing in line.
