Last time I order from this location. They are liars and thieves. My husband ordered pizzas for delivery was told delivery would be 2 hours so he said never mind we will go pick it up. He specifically said, that means I won’t be charged delivery price and was told no you will not be. I went to pick up the pizza and saw that we were still charged and was given a soda. When I told them this was not the right price and we didn’t order a pizza I was told by one person oh we can cancel the payment and ring it up again, I said Ok. Another worker stepped in and said no we can’t do that, plus it will take 5 to 10 minutes to get that done. I said what about the soda? And they said we told your husband we were going to throw in the soda for free because we couldn’t change the order.

After this location did not deliver my pizza I had to come pick it up. When I address my concerns to the manager at the store he wouldn’t give me my pizza and asked me to leave the store all because I complained about them having me on hold when I called to inquire about the pizza. The manager refused service instead of listening to my concerns.

Ordered delivery while waiting at the dollar general across the street. The time was 6:41 pm. Then received a call at 7:06 pm stating they don’t deliver to the dollar general across the street. Then I when on to say okay we’ll I’ll just walk over and pick up my order. The Lady then goes on to tell me that the floor is closed and they aren’t letting anyone in (at 7:00 pm mind you)I’ll have to go through the drive through. I proceeded to tell her well I’ll have to walk through the drive through cause I’m a truck driver. Then she says no you can’t do that cause of safety reasons. I had absolutely no problem walking over and was even gonna let them keep the tip. Giving them 2 stars cause horrible customer service.

Years ago this place was reliable. Not sure what happened and I’m not sure why I continue to order from here. (Only place nearby that delivers I guess) Now the site no longer tracks the status and I have to call every time to ask where my order is. The food is usually good though. Update 2023…service still bad/Tabatha with the nasty attitude needs to do better.

There is a reason there are so many one star reviews. This was the third time in 2 months we attempted to order from this location. The last two times we waited over two hours. Had to call multiple times no one answers the phone. The last time they said they forgot about our order. Had to go there in person just to find out they hadn’t even started it. They refused to refund the delivery charge they had charged us. This time I didn’t get my pizza at all. They won’t answer the phone, sending an email to customer service three times now still have not gotten any response from them. Customer service is the worst. I have three hungry children and now have to cook after waiting hours for nothing!!!!

Overworked and understaffed is something big right now all over. Just want to show some appreciation for what you all do. Thank you so much for doing what you do! It’s not easy and I’ve picked up orders meant for delivery and have no problem doing so. The manager tonight on duty 7/8/22 was out to run orders for delivery bc of only 1 driver…Thank you to all the staff tonight for your hard work and dedication! Showing a little love and appreciation can go a long way. You never know what someone is going through. Try to be a little nicer to the service people, restaurant workers, etc… they’re human too and are working harder than you think as well. At least you got to eat something today 🙂

My address is not listed in the app for delivery but they always deliver here and to my neighbors. So usually I would order the order through carry out and call in to let them know I wanna change it to delivery and pay over the phone. Everything is fine I pay I get my food. For some reason now you can never get through the line just keeps ringing and ringing no one answers. Had a email confirming My order and even said if you have and questions or concerns with your order please call this number. Called 4 times so far no answer. Have already spoke with a manager about the delivery situation about 2 years ago. Said they were gonna work on getting it fixed but never happened.

Dominos has turned into the sorriest pizza place around! They never do deliveries anymore so don’t even try, when you call to place an order they send you to an office full of Arabs taking orders and you can’t hear or understand a single thing and if you try to call the actual store they have there phone off. Just a lazy store in general
