Tried this place off recommendation. First off, the Rib Line is connected to a casino. The parking lot was a little busy, but the restaurant was empty. 2 of us were greeted at the hostess station and sat immediately. We sat near other people dining with plenty of open space. I asked if the TV could be changed to MLB all-star game, and that was no problem. They even asked if I would like to move closer to watch. I agreed. Service was good. The server seemed new. Special was presented, and we agreed to order. However, I wanted to try the hot wings and a side of beans. The beans were great

We visited Rib Line for the first time today for a wedding tasting after the restaurant was recommended by a friend. We had a magnificent experience! Chef Brian, one of the owners, personally walked us through each dish, explaining the history of its creation, and helping us design a menu that fits us as a couple. The food was absolutely delicious, the customer service incomparable (from the hostess that sat us, to Brian serving us, to the Rib Line catering team organizing the tasting – shout out to Krystal and Melina for their continued communication while simultaneously juggling one of their stores flooding from the storms) , and the cherry on top- they offer competitive pricing.

got the southwest chicken salad, husband got the bye bye piggy. would not recommend. the chicken on the salad had silver skin. over all just not good. also not to mention it was $40 not worth the price, i recommend not stopping here

Place could use a little interior remodeling. Although this business just recently moved into this location a couple months ago they could have their work cut out for them. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The food certainly was plentiful. The try tip sandwich was Stacked mile high juicy and tender. The chicken salad was pretty hearty and the barbecue dressing added to the flavor along with the feta cheese and cherry tomatoes. The second I walk into the place its a bit loud. I don’t think nothing of it until we are seated. It becomes so loud and the live band being just okay. Didn’t mind it but it was horrible sound. I got some beach balls and a chicken sandwich. The beach balls were gross. Way too greasy and just over all a horrible thing. The sandwich was even worse. With the bun being the best part of it. You know you messed up. My “spicy” sandwich wasn’t given a proper coat of mayo or even fried with spicy batter. No. It was a dry old thin chicken breast. Covered in red pepper flakes. I’m a home cook but even I can make a sandwich better than that. It looked like it was made in a rush. The spice was just flat out unenjoyable. Vile. Food. But at least the fries were good! Service was lacking for most of my time there. Nothing like the old ribline. Ruined beyond help. Do not go here unless you like being given nasty food. Everything is oddly sweet and too pricey. 1/10

Their food is really good the meat is good very flavorful but only thing is their sides have very little salt but a whole lot of cracked pepper. Me and my daughter didn’t like that too much but everything else is pretty good. Don’t order to go unless you plan to be down the street bc it will get cold or soggy. Overall 7/10!!

Great location with a ton of room. Rib line probably has the best tri tip sandwich in the SLO area. It’s just so much better than the competition. This location has a fun arcade to keep the kids busy. My wife loved the pulled pork sandwich she had. Kids menu is a little pricey but everything seems to be in this area.

Best French dip I’ve ever had!! Our server Becca was very attentive, thorough, and very friendly. Highly recommend the beach balls for an appetizer! The general manager came by our table and checked to make sure everything was perfect. We will absolutely be back!!!
