i will absolutely not be coming back to this taco bell anymore!! i have never had a problem and the one time i order for it to be delivered to my house, they mess up on pretty much everything. my cheese quesadilla was all burnt and i didn’t get two of my tacos i ordered as well. they also messed up on something else that was specifically put down that we didn’t want certain things on it. i honestly really want my money back because that was too much wasted!!

Cheese was on my paper wrap instead of the actual steak grilled cheese which tells me they slapped it together without cooking it properly. Also left off jalapeños which was no big deal. But then I asked for a Baja Blast the sugar free one and got literally carbonated wate with no flavoring. The worst part is my fiancé also got a Baja blast and you can tell they were too lazy to switch out the empty bag in the drink machine. I live closer to Harrisonburg and normally wait till I go back to order there if I want Taco Bell. My fiancé and I decided we needed something to tide us by. Haven’t eaten at the Staunton location in over two years. I now remember why I don’t eat there. I will wait till we’re in Harrisonburg from here on out. Never eating at this one again. If you don’t wanna close down like multiple other restaurants in Staunton this isn’t helping your case.

This place has only gotten worse over time, they can’t get anything correct, will just leave your food in the kitchen when it’s ready.

The food was not worth the money this time. I will add pictures of how food was. Taco shell barely had anything inside it. I bought 2 boxes of 12 soft tacos. Plus drinks was over 50.00. Plus greasy food finger prints on box..

Had a doordash order, and it unfortunately got delivered to the wrong place so tried to have it redelivered and this TB berated my new dasher for making a mistake and refused to remake it for the new doordash order, told him he was holding up the line despite him showing them the new order. They then canceled the new order completely when they realized there was a new order for the same stuff. Wasting everyone’s time and money. Plus they forget stuff all of the time anyway.

As someone who has worked in fast food for many years, I tend to have much understanding for other fast food places. It’s hectic and when you’re short staffed, things can get really difficult. I get it. But enough is enough when it comes to this place. Besides the typical annoying things like inconsistency with ingredients (ex. I order the same thing each time yet 9/10 times it’s made differently or missing ingredients altogether), poor wrapping of burritos causing major leakage into the paper, or missing items- I’m now taking care of my extremely sick husband who has food poisoning and this was the only thing we’ve eaten today. We even ate the same burrito, except his had tomatoes in it. And since I’m not sick, I’m gonna go ahead and assume whoever prepped the tomatoes had dirty hands or inappropriately stored them. The lack of care and disregard for food safety is where I draw the line. Please do better.

Normally Taco Bell is our preferred road trip fast food but this was a rough experience. Similar to all the other reviews, food wasnt wrapped well, was cold, the meat was watery, didn’t taste great, etc etc. The soda machine was out of most drinks. The bathrooms were gross. Won’t be stopping through Staunton again. Will heed the reviews and keep trekking to Harrisonburg next time.

Won’t be coming here again, asked for a protein bowl with no guacamole. Got it instead, and the lettuce also looks disgusting.

If you go into a restaurant and the place is empty, then turn around and leave, my dad always said because it’s a red flag. We should have. We stood at the counter 10 minutes before ANBODY acknowledgedmy husband and I. Normally, that would make us mad enough to walk out, but I really wanted Taco Bell. I had my heart set on it all week. I had been talking about it all work week. Friday evenings, my husband and I pick a random place to go out to eat either sit down or fast food, depending on our budget. Well, a lady finally popped, just her head, around the corner and said they were short handed and have to use the kiosk. My husband got angry and stormed out. I stayed behind because i really wanted some burritos and tried to figure the kiosk out and did. Pretty easy, I guess. No customers came in. Place empty. If you give no customer service, nobody will come. Trust me. Because we won’t be back. Smiles matter. Friendly service matters. I get that YOU THINK THIS SAVES MONEY BUT DOES IT REALLY? Maybe I’m not seeing the behind the scenes Uber eats, etc? But I didn’t see those cooks back there hustling and sweating like I used to back in the day. Drive thru was dead. It was early Friday evening.
