Sadly the doughnuts have just lost their quality. I’ve tried going in the mornings and the afternoon and it’s the same result. Also, ordered a nutty pumpkin iced coffee and received a regular iced coffee. So disappointing. At the end of the day who wants to stop an entire drive thru line when they’re so busy to check if your orders right. No one. But then you’re on the way home and find out that it’s not even the right order. To have to go back and wait in line again is such an inconvenience. By the way calling the store won’t do anything cause their phone doesn’t even work. Hard worked earned money wasted.

Worst dunkin I’ve ever been to. I LOVE Dunkin’ Donuts, it is my go to place for coffee, but this is the one with the worst customer service, the girl that greeted me didn’t even made eye contact with me, didn’t respond to my “good morning”, left me at the desk waiting until she finished cleaning, didn’t apologize, and the way she took my order it really felt like I was bothering her.. it looked like she was having a bad day but thats not the customers problem/fault, I left with a bitter feeling because it upsets me if you don’t like treating with people just don’t work at customer service.

I spoke to no one, then the woman making sandwiches, asked me what else I was waiting for, right as I finished my sentence, “a medium, iced coffee” another employee walked over to hand it to me. Avoid coming to this Dunkin during the day time. They often get the orders wrong, and lack Custumer service. The majority of the morning crew are young ladies who are more focus with their own conversation than the clients order.
