I got the wrong pizza and had to drive back again to get another pizza. The manager, Alex, hung up on me and was rude. He didn’t even apologize for the wrong pizza. When I told him I was going to report him to Todd Jenkins, he said, “You go ahead!” and walked away. I have been ordering pizzas from Todd for 40 years and never once was treated badly before today. Alex does not need to be a customer service manager.

I ordered on doordash and my pizza arrived super undercooked. I work in the food industry so I understand you can’t refund doordash orders, but you can remake them or at least provide reassurance for next time. Instead of any of that, I was told there was nothing they could do and hung up on.

i order from here at least once a week. the food is always delivered to me fresh, within the estimated time(which is usually 20 to 40 mins tops).in the year or so that ive been ordering from them ive maybe had my delivery times run over an hour once or twice which is very impressive. i used to work at a pizza place and being able to consistently hit these delivery times like they do is not easy at all. the drivers are always very nice as well. never had a problem with a delivery. i honestly couldn’t recommend a better papa johns store.

I was calling to get my food delivered and I couldn’t hear so the person who picked up started yelling at me. I payed with card and I was confused because,I was asking a question to my parents about the tip (who wanted me to order the pizza) then they also started to yell and were not patience about the security number and zip code. Been going to Papa Johns the past couple of months. I always get the Works Pizza. The folks there are great and friendly. And make a great pizza. It stacks up to Enzos which is an hour away . Papa Johns is 10 minutes away and I’ll be giving them my business. It’s worth the trip.
