The waitress we had was no but super friendly! Also, I loved the atmosphere. It wasn’t too loud, but it wasn’t so quiet that you could hear a pen drop. Restaurant was nicely decorated.

Wow! What a wonderful treat. We stopped about 20 minutes before closing on a Sunday and were welcomed in warmly. The hostess/waitress answered all my questions and directed me to the 3 meat platter. I asked if it was enough for 2 people and she said yes and she was right. We took everything to go. It was out in less than 10 minutes and everything was well packed and stayed warm. It was so delicious we wrote our order down for next time we are traveling through. The smoked turkey was juicy and delicious with true smoke flavor. The rib tips looked more like country style ribs, but they were tender and juicy. The brisket was sliced thicker than I am used to, but reminded me of beef jerky in a good way. Smoky and toothsome. Definitely the chewiest meat we had, so if you like tender go with the rib tips or chicken. The potato salad was saucy and yummy. They threw in 4 biscuits and apple butter. Heated up in the microwave at our hotel they tasted like apple pie. After a long day of traveling this was so much better than I expected that I could have cried. Definitely sealed the deal that this is our stop on future road trips! Thanks for making my husband’s birthday dinner amazing!

We went with a group of 26+ from our church. There was only 1 server assigned to our group and she hustled her tail off to take care of all of us! The food was okay. I had the smoked Turkey dinner w/ slaw & green beans. The beans and slaw were great! The Turkey was average. I should have gotten the ribs!

The service was fantastic, loved the decor. We went there for lunch, wasnt very busy for a Friday. We tried the catfish fillets and brisket sandwich witch included baked beans and mac and cheese. The catfish fillets were excellent which was surprising for a bbq restaurant. The brisket sandwich was very good and I liked the variety if bbq sauces on the table. My only critique we be, when you are looking forward to a good quality brisket sandwich it should not come with onion straws on it, had to remove those to get to the great flavor of the brisket. They also served these little rolls with apple butter which were a nice touch to the overall experience.

Group of 4. Tim was our waiter and very attentive. Food was good and plentiful. Started with onion ring appetizer. One had the catfish platter, 1 beef brisket, and 2 pulled pork. Biscuits were served with apple butter. Potato salad, homemade apple sauce, Cole slaw, and french fries were the sides.
