I absolutely hate to write this review…but I had an experience that will make me never come back to this restaurant. I frequent this place and frequented it 8 years ago when it was opened under the same ownership going by a different name. I have ordered the same thing every single time….chicken yaki soba. I don’t stray from that as my entree. I was given chicken yaki udon tonight and told the waitress that a mistake was made immediately when my food was brought to me. She essentially gaslit me and didn’t try to fix it even when I made it clear I wasn’t eating what she brought. I sat on it while my daughter ate and decided to stick up for myself which I can count on one hand the number of times I’ve done that. She got the manager/owner who I know has seen us in there many times and she gave no apology, asked me if I wanted the food remade or just removed from the bill, just took the food, and walked off and went back to the sushi bar. I almost didn’t want to complain because I can tell she is hard on the workers by the vibes and the waitress was nice, but should have fixed it from the get go. I still tipped her above average, but I hate that I won’t be back. It just doesn’t sit right to have to sit there and watch and hear the management and employees discuss how as the customer you are not telling the truth even though I know what I ordered.

Ordered takeout. I love sushi and I thought I’d try another place nearby and this was by far the worst place I’ve ever had. I really hope I don’t get sick from it. The sushi tasted foul, the rice was hard, and needless to say, it was definitely less than fresh. You’d think that this place would be top notch, given the area that it’s in but no. I highly wouldn’t recommend anyone going here to eat. Sushi is one of the foods that need to be fresh and needs to be prepared correctly so no one gets sick. Please stay away.

Food is very good. Service is terrible. Absolutely terrible. Not all our rolls came out at the same time. Not even close. Table seated much later than we were got our rolls which then had to be remade. The server was clueless. Brought the wrong food to the table. Absolutely clueless. The check was wrong three times and on wrong credit card. Great food but worst experience possible. Understaffed and not customer service focused. Won’t be back. Our second visit.

Really have no idea the quality of food, but placed a takeout order and was met with the most despicable of humans. Either the owner or a manager treated my sister with the utmost disrespect referring to her as “him… her…” and when corrected by someone else said “sure- I have a lot of things going through my head right now” all within earshot of multiple customers.

Nice atmosphere with sushi bar. Unfortunately they don’t use proper sushi rice, instead the rice was long grain and dry. Chicken katsu was weird, nabe yaki udon was passable. Disappointing.

Sushi Bistro is outstanding. We regularly go here. We done in usually for dinner. Each time we go we try something new. Tonight’s Scallop roll was melt in your mouth delicious. Every roll we’ve had has been fresh seafoid, rice has been soft and never been disappointed.
