Went thru the drive thru at 9:15 and waited to order our food, after not getting a response we went to the window. Once we got to window the lady moved to the side where she thought we couldnt see her. My husband knocked on the window and she finally came to it and said they were closed. Its odd that the window sticker shows they close at 10pm considering they wouldnt take our order 45 minutes before closing. I tried to call the next day and they keep the phone off the hook. It seems the workers do not feel like doing their job which is unfortunate for the business as they will lose money for having horrible employees.

Friendly staff, one time their credit card machine when down and the manager paid for my meal because I didn’t have cash. I believe they still do a discount for active duty and veterans just good well rounded people and good burgers.

There was a sign taped to the door saying the lobby was closed due to being short-staffed, and said to use the drive thru. We wanted to sit down to eat, so we turned to leave and a guy in the parking lot says to us, “you can go in, the dining room is open”. Strange, but we went in. The young lady working the front counter was sitting at a table in the lobby, doing something on her phone. She jumps up and goes to her register. Doesn’t say a word, not hello, not may I help you, nothing. Nevertheless, we tell her our order. The food was hot and pretty good. I still can’t get over them leaving the sign up on the door. Either you’re open to customers or you’re not. I asked about the sign, she said they forgot to take it down. It was still up when I left, and she was back at her table in the dining area. That’s pretty sorry. We truly believe she just didn’t want to have to do any work so she didn’t take the sign down.

When taking our order the girl sounded completely uninterested and kept messing up what we had ordered. When we got to the window, she didn’t give us one of our drinks. After getting that, we sat at the window with nobody behind us to check our order which of course was not correct. We had to wait 10 mins to get the girl’s attention to tell her we hadn’t gotten our fries. We tried waving, tapping on the glass, and even honking the horn before she ever paid us any attention. Then the fries tasted like they had been laying under the light all day. Very tough and gross. I will not be returning.
