Everyone makes the drinks different. Sometimes, they are good. Other times, they taste like they are missing an ingredient. Most of the times I’ve gone to get my drinks from inside, they show they are bothered that I ordered 6 or more drinks. The tone in their voice & body language says it all. Plus, the way they respond with an annoyed voice when you let them know they didn’t give you a straw & there’s no more in the straw holder. I get that they get super busy

I met up with my now girlfriend for a first date here today and the experience was very nice, our drinks were amazing and the customer service was awesome, i’m giving it 2 stars because a workers mistake almost put my girlfriend in the hospital. I decided to get her a cake pop because she asked and I specifically requested a CHOCOLATE cake pop and they gave me a birthday cake flavored cake pop. My girlfriend is extremely allergic to some of the ingredients in that favor and after only a TINY nibble she was outside throwing up in the road for 10 minutes. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE train your employees to give the correct orders because if she had taken a whole bite out of that cake pop she could have easily ended up in the hospital and maybe even dead.

I have never been a fan of Starbucks due to the way they treated our law enforcement officers. However, one day we drove through the new one in our neighborhood. They have these little cake pops that are delicious and a pumpkin bread that is delicious. Overpriced is an understatement. Approximately a month ago I was in the Drive-Thru picking up some snacks for my kids and grandkids. As I was giving my order, a cashier began mocking what I said in a crackly rough voice as if to mock me and make fun of me. I am deaf in my left ear and sometimes I get hoarse. Tears were rolling when I got home and my son was furious. He called the manager who told me I could have anything in the store with no cost. I couldn’t bring myself to go back for several weeks. Yesterday my grandkids wanted a cake pop. So we drove through and got some cake pops and then I remembered the manager saying that I got a free treat when I came in. So we cashed it in and I thanked them. Today we went through to get a little snack and one of their overpriced specialty drinks for my son. The line was long but we waited patiently, placed a simple order and went to the cash register to pay. We got down the street and I noticed something was missing. We tried to call 9 times but the phone was consistently busy. Not wanting to make another long wait around these lines my son parked the car and went in. He walked in told them what we were missing and they gave it to us. Twice going in and getting our order and not once was a receipt given. I scan my receipts for points on a fetch program. Too frustrated to deal with them again, I decided to just review. These people are unprofessional and lackadaisical about their job. They’re snacks are amazingly good but not near worth the price they charge. They get a one for attitude, lack of professionalism and poor customer service. Plus mistakes they made and apparently make them often. Just buyer beware because when you drive through, at least at this one you never know what you’re going to get.

We got two Vinti White Chocolate Mochas. Forgetting that Laurie likes hers cold on Ice, and i don’t. After a lengthy umwanted discussion about whether or not the coffee is sweetened by the flavoring syrup sufficient to decide I really won’t need the extra 3 sugars I requested. I didnt realize Starbucks was really watching the amount of sugar customers are allowed to order and receive. I thought their business model allowed for enough profit even when customers request a few sugars with their beverage made from bitter coffee beans. Not wanting the company to miss profit projections I scaled back my request to 2 sugars. I guess they dock the pay of employees who allow a gross amount of flavorings because the employee of whome I made the request called over another employee who laid out the reasoning i wouldnt be needing the full 3 sugars. I noticed this morning that on the kitchen counter, sat two partially consumed coffees. That same story happens over and over these days. I’m getting used to food orders prepared the way they want me to have it, not the way I prefer it.

I usually try not stop to my get my drinks at this location because the drinks don’t taste how they are supposed taste. Baristas at this location should have their making drinks technique’s re-evaluated because they lack of consistency.

I always come here but last Thursday night the manager was so rude, she was yelling and had a whole attitude when I was trying to pick up an order.maybe it was just her having a bad day but even then she should’ve kept it professional and not take it out on other people. Also the coffee is always different they probably make it with their eyes closed each time
