We hadnt been to this Panda Express I quite sometime. But decided to give it a try since we were on that side of town. When pulling up we noticed the sign was faded almost pink and missing the Panda. Once inside we found the missing Panda propped up against the wall. Then we noticed it’s seemed warm in the restaurant, I thought it was because the sun was coming through the large windows but then I noticed the mobile AC units spread across the restaurant. On top of that the place was just dirty with tables not wiped off, trash overflowing and just generally dirty. But we decide to still give it a shot since the food looked good. Boy were we wrong. Rice had no flavor, Kung Pao Chicken was mushy and Orange Chicken was “funky” per my wife. We won’t be back for a long time and I would suggest giving another Panda Express a go vs this location.

Definitely Recommend this location over Memorial food hot and fresh however one of the servers; since I don’t have his name I will describe). Male Asian descent bleached hair u can see under his hat. Wow this guy always shorts me on portions. He works fast probably saves owner money. Scooped orange chicken with literally 5 pieces. Teriyaki chicken should be 2 breast cut up but he always gives me one breast. Has a bad attitude; should not be server.

i ordered my food on the app (2:10pm) so it could be ready before i went on my 30 min lunch break before i left i got a text message saying my food was ready (2:30) so i went to go pick it up. when i arrived i went to the pickup counter where i stood waiting for the cashier to finish everyone in the food line (even tho there were breaks in between guest where he could have asked for names) then when i was asked for the name i gave it to him and he walked away didn’t hear anything about the food being cook nothing so i continued to wait for my food. other guest were getting checked on and i stood invisible i had to find out we were all waiting on the chicken by a guest who was told by another employee so i was waiting for 20 mins now and they start getting everyone’s orders as he handles a lady food he says my name and looks at me confused when i said hey that’s my order i felt invisible and i felt that the customer service was horrific i work in retail and i understand when there’s waiting or situations but keep your guest informed and pay attention i probably won’t ever come back this location and will definitely not recommend it due to the lack of customer service

For those of you visiting our home town. I do apologize, management is terrible. At this specific location. I live nearby but am not willing to watch poor management run a restaurant and only hiring teens. The manager portrays himself as if he definitely has favoritism in this store. Replacement of management and maybe the atmosphere will be professional and not some club house to get cat food.

Came in today at 6:30 pm – I get it, dinner time/rush, however the service was appalling. There are two couples ahead of me in line and four workers behind the counter – 3 filling orders, and one cashier. The two couples ahead of me order and continue down the line, I am up and do not get spoken to for 10 minutes. All three of the workers were filling online orders. They needed all three, especially when there was a line behind me of atleast 6 people. I ordered a bigger plate with white rice, super greens, and double orange chicken. By the time I make it to the cashier I have been asked several questions such as ” are you sure you order super greens?” or “did you want kung pao chicken?” or “you know you get three entrees with the bigger plate?” or ” wasnt this supposed to be shrimp?” or my personal favorite ” you cant do double orange chicken because the bigger plate only comes with two.” I will not be back to this location which hurts me because Panda happens to be a favorite of mine. Also their portion sizing has gone way down. The bigger plate used to be good for me and my husband, and it certainly was not this time.

I normally love this location as I drive the 20 minutes across town to get to it. Yesterday I received raw chicken and a pocket of flour in the dough around it. And was told since the manager wasn’t there, they couldn’t do anything about it. Didn’t even apologize. When ever I call, the manager isn’t there.

Just a mediocre Chinese food place. The sliced teriyaki chicken didn’t have much flavor other than being burnt, the Black Pepper Angus Steak tasted okay, but some pieces were tough and chewy. The fried rice lacked flavor and the spring roll tasted like it was cooked in old oil and sat under a heat lamp for a few hours.

TO THE OWNER: GET SOME AC!! I frequent this location often and just walked in to get dinner and within 3 minutes of waiting in line started sweating. This is ridiculous. Get rid of your dinky AC unit- it’s not worth a flip. We turned around and walked out because we didn’t even want to stand in misery to get the food to take home. The people behind us did the same thing. I won’t be going here anymore.
