This location is an organizational mess. Try to call them – they rarely answer. Order something from the website, they will take your money and then call you…”We dont have that product sir, would you like something else?” You dont have that product but you took my money. The old bait and switch, I guess. I would say one in two delivery orders are fouled up, easily and I spend maybe $130.00 a week at this place. Go on inside if you are someone who likes to be ignored because they will certainly overlook you. Be assertive and step forward with your order verbally stated and its like…”OK sir lemme see if we got that, we may not have that the truck was short yesterday”. Now on those days when you do have someone pick up the phone you get some very rote responses – “We are shorthanded today…The order went out complete…I cant contact the delivery man until he returns to the store…credits have to be done with Pay Pal…I’m the new manager I dont know anything about that…can you call tomorrow, we are busy?” So since Dominos does make a good product and considering how they really seem to want your business, I’m gonna give the umbrella company a pass and suggest that this store on Mayfield just doesn’t know how to get it together. Try another place if possible.

Go get pizza in the evening/night. The middle aged lady manager during the afternoon isn’t courteous at all. All I asked was for bbq drizzle on the pizza. “We don’t offer that sir” Every other person during the evening/night time or other dominos location accommodated me. I went ahead bought my own.

HAVE BEEN CALLING SINCE 8 WHEN MY ORDER WAS DELIVERED, THEY KEEP HANGING UP. ok lets play – i ordered 5 2 liters, CASH payment. . guess who isnt paying and is going to give the drive the wrong food back? me thats who . ANSWER AND NOT HANG UP HOW ABOUT? OH I ALSO EMAILED CORPORATE AND WILL GIVE THEM SCREEN SHOTS AND FOOTAGE FROM MY HOME SECURITY WHICH MY PICKS UP MY PHONE ON SPEAKER, I’VE WASTED OVER AN HOUR TRYING TO GET THE RIGHT FOOD. I can never get a pizza delivered from this location. They always say they don’t have enough drivers. And of course they can’t refund you the delivery charges+tip if you go pick it up, so they offer you a brownie to make up for it…..c’mon dude.

Been here twice. First time, the pizza wasn’t cut at all. Yesterday, I waited 2 hours for a cold pizza. I wouldn’t trip about the wait, but at least put it in a warmer. Jeez.

We have given this location several passes because we all make mistakes. however, this location continually has messed up our order. latest — granddaughter ordered to be delivered around 7:00pm to grandparents due to grandparent being ill and she wanted to assist with dinner. needless to say, total screw up: had to call several times, delivery finally arrived at 9:00; totally wrong and cold. Big disappointment when wanting to help with a meal. Will not recommend to anyone!!
