This is two times in a row where I’ve placed a mobile order, show up and they say they are closed when I’ve already paid. They’re supposedly supposed to be open at 6am. The cashier tried to tell me they weren’t open at 7:30am. Someone needs to come manage this store correctly

Very disappointed. Decided to get the new Ch’King sandwich and this is what we got. The one on the left was decent while the one on the right was tiny, burnt and very disappointing. I had previously gotten one in Jonesboro and was very impressed. Sadly this one was a complete disappointment.

I’ve only been at this location twice, and both were not great experiences. Luckily, nothing was wrong with my food. I work down the street and placed an order through the app earlier this week. When I walked over at 8pm, the doors to the dining room were locked. After calling, I was told I would have to stand in line with the cars in the drive through. It was so awkward and humiliating to have to do that for an order I placed beforehand. I wish they would have just come outside and handed it to me. Last night I ordered through the app again and drove in my car this time (even though I’m only working a few buildings down and would prefer to walk) and I was sitting in the drive through for several minutes as cars piled behind me without anyone acknowledging me through the loudspeaker. I was about to call the restaurant when I finally heard a voice say “Oh I’m sorry, how can I take your order?” I used to work in fast food and never treated customers this way. SMH

They need to plan things better. I have been here over a half an hour and I have already paid for my food via the app. It is the middle of lunch time and they are closed. They said it is for shift change and they were not friendly about it. Why is the shift change in the middle of lunch time? There are ten other cars backed up almost to the road, people coming and leaving, and there have been people trying to get in the restaurant the whole time that I have been waiting. It just seems crazy. If there would have been a way to know while I was ordering I would have been able to make another choice.
