I have come to this location number of times over the last few months and each time the customer service is absolutely atrocious. The employees are rude and less than friendly. There was a time this store was pretty good. They had a manager that did a really great job. The staff were friendly, but those days are gone. In addition to the rude customer service getting a hold of anybody at the store by phone is nearly impossible. It will ring and ring and no answer. When you point out to them that you’ve been trying to call them, they act as if it doesn’t matter. If there is a mistake in your order, they are quick to blame you and do absolutely zero to try and correct the situation. If you have another option I would use that. Their competitors are only a few blocks away and in the future I believe I will use them for my coffee and breakfast needs

My wife and I went to Dunkin’ Donuts in Eagan off Yankee Doodle road this morning and the manager was very rude, defensive and racist towards me because I am a mixed American with black, Puerto Rican and my wife is a Latina and keeps mistaking her as a white woman and keeps coming to us rude every time we come there to spend our money on coffee. Somehow we always end up with a messed up order and every time we bring it to their attention they always come to us with a snotty, rude attitude. I would suggest that no one go there, and I see why they are losing business. We had to buy our own coffee maker to make our own iced coffee because they can never seem to get it right. They always seem to repeat the order and always end up making it wrong. That the manager told us this morning that she was going to review the camera which one of her employees was very rude when we went to scan our Dunkin’ points, close the drive-through door without taking our card for payment and then ended up with a whole snotty attitude so another person came to the window and ignored that I told them that they need to correct their customer service skills. Then today another lady came to the window and asked us as customers why do we still come there?. we will not be going there anymore. Thank God we figured out how to make it on our own, instead of wasting our money dealing with rude restaurants. The Dunkin’ Donuts in Eagan is by far the worst one we ever been to and would never do Dunkin’ Donuts in the state of Minnesota again. When we received the large “iced” coffee there was no ice in the coffee and the taste was horrible and the manager had forgot the carmal drizzle we request, so we repeated the order for what when it was repeated twice and still mess up my coffee smh!!!

I am in shock. I was a little far from the window (really not that far but a bit more than usual) and the employee got MAD, yes was MAD that I wasn’t close enough. Questioning me asking “why would you be so far away, my knees hurt.” For goodness sake, I was so caught off guard. I literally was still able to reach out of the window and give her my card and didn’t even have to get out of the vehicle. I told her to relax. That was insane, never had a drive-thru experience like that ever, being told off for being too far, yet I didn’t even have to get out to hand my card over or grab my iced coffee. Ridiculous, all you needed to say was that you were having a bit of trouble.

Waited in drive through that was empty for 15 mins! No one answered the speaker. Went inside and ordered a measly shake because I just had oral surgery and that seems to be all I can eat right now. Took well over another 15 minutes to even start making it. There was not a single customer inside. No sense of rush. Lady behind counter was rude and too concerned about getting to take food home after her shift and talking to the other employee. Literally took almost 40 minutes to get a single shake. Utterly ridiculous. I will stick to DQ.

I come here quite a bit since there is not a Dunkin’ in my town. I almost always use the drive through and each interaction has been great. The staff are friendly. There has only been one time where my drink has been wrong and they were very quick to correct the issue and give me my correct drink. The line can be a little long on the weekend in the morning, but the line goes quick! The times I’ve gone inside, the restaurant has been clean and tidy.

The girl had an attitude. First of all I don’t know all the coffee lingo, I just want something, sweet, caramel, caffeine, Hot! “Well I don’t know what you want!” Me neither maybe you can recommend something cause all I see on the menu with caramel is cold. “What do you want?” I would think since she works in a coffee shop she would know the menu better than me…. or at least recommend something and not have an attitude. 99% of my reviews are 5 stars!

The Dunkin’ is fine but does someone else own the baskin robbins because it is nothing short of terrible. The last time I was there they didn’t have either of the flavor of the month and this time I got a chocolate shake and it is quite literally chocolate milk. It is so bad. Likely because she made a vanilla when I also asked for strawberry so the chocolate sat there melting the whole time
