Very bad experience. Was about to order; the young lady behind the counter sneezed into her hand, wiped her hands on the tablecloth used to clean the serving area. I asked politely if she was going to wash her hands. She looked at me, laughed carelessly, and began to grab another toothpick to serve out more samples. This would receive zero stars. Very poor customer service. I will never return, and will also tell others of this horrible experience.

Terrible horrible disgusting. I never review anything however this was so disgusting. And it’s pretty hard to mess up freaking rice and chicken. My stomach hurt immediately before I could even finish my meal. I had a horrible taste in my mouth afterwards.

I wish I saw looked up the reviews before going. The price was high and portions low. Not a good combo 12 dollars and left my rice half empty. I never been to a Asian spot that scimps on rice maybe meat. Big F in Undle Roger’s Book

This place is ripping people off by padding and overcharging. They give you stuff you didn’t order to pad your bill, and then just add randomly to your tab. They upsized our order from 9.99$ to 10.99$, added .50$ for rice, then .80$ for bottled water (12.29$) which somehow rang up for $14.48. When I said just give me a refund, the cashier took the food which she had already served us, which we had already opened, and put it back on the table. Gross. Easy to see how there are so many instances of food poisoning if thats how they handle food. This place should not be in business.

I ordered the eggroll + shrimp + fried rice. The food was good, great egg roll, tasty shrimps and nice moist fried rice. I feel it was not needed to charge $0.50 for the fried rice when you are charging $11 for the combo without the refreshment. May visit again knowing I will pay this extra for fried rice.

I usually don’t give one stars but if it wasn’t for me going through this much pain and suffering I’m going through right now i have to warn everyone. Please stay far and clear away from this place and all MEAT. I ate this for lunch and right now i am having to go to the hospital because the pain from this stomach cramps is unreal. I used to enjoy the food at this place but, no more. The chicken teriyaki was so dry from sitting under the heat lamp that I couldn’t eat it. What happened to cooking FRESH food right in front of your customers? I can go anywhere and get food dried under a heat lamp. You guys had better change fast or you won’t be in business. Fresh beats heat lamp food every time.
