My first experience with FHS. I went to the one in Medford, Oregon at Tinseltown. The nice young woman who took my order has a nose piercing which is obviously infected, and she kept touching it. If I had seen her handling my food I’d have got my money back and never returned.

I really like the food here. However, I am no expert in the policies here, but I would suspect use of a cell phone while taking orders is probably not approved. The lady that took my order just did not seem like she was here. This then lead to her not getting my order right. I was on too tight of a time frame to correct it. Other then that food was good.

Forgot ingredients on both sandwiches. Didn’t even ask for anything different than what’s shown on the menu. Took forever and put the wrong bread on. These people are high or something. Food tasted amazing, but the service was horrible. Two different ladies remade my girlfriends sandwich, and it was perfect. I didn’t even bother with them remaking mine. I shouldn’t have to say anything. It wasn’t even busy at all.

We went in for dinner and the chick that took our order and checked us out was rude, didn’t greet us, didn’t bother asking if we wanted the combo option and when I asked for no mayo, she had attitude. The next customer she served she was extremely nice to. They called our name for our order, didn’t say goodbye, didn’t say have a nice day. Terrible customer service. That was the first time we have been in there since they opened and will be our last.

The sandwiches are the bomb. My husband and I love the food, the staff was okay. It was very busy but how the food was handed to us was a bit unhygienic. There were oil stains and food stains all over the box and bag that the food was in. It felt dirty.

I don’t blame the staff for the extended wait but the manager was sitting down doing new hire paperwork while there were 10 plus guests in line and another large group of people waiting for their sandwiches. Really? Obviously priorities of management is not guest service!!

Food made me sick! First of all to mush mustard. Its so processed, and the tomatoes tasted mushy and blan! over all its one of the worst foods I have eaten. Sandwiches are not healthy anymore. To much Synthetic taste in them! Options are limited! Firehouse subs suck!
