The food and service is generally good and dependably so. But the overly salty steak items really need some attention. Too much salt really ruins what otherwise would be some very tasty items. It’s been only on the steak items where I’ve noticed this.

My favorite Taco Bell has always been the one on 5th Ave (Columbus, OH) but this one is equally AMAZING!! I had almost no wait time and food/order was PERFECT. Frank took my order which I ordered fresco (remove dairy and add tomatoes). I then ordered nacho fries and he had the forethought to ask me if I wanted guacamole to dip my nacho fries in since that was dairy free and the cheese it comes with is clearly not. No one has EVER asked me that before. I said yes please! He was super nice at the window. Then when I got my food my veggie Fiesta burrito was actually VERY well filled with vegan goodness!! Usually they’re crazy small, especially when made fresco. Hats off to Frank and the cook for making my day!! The guacamole with the fries was AMAZING! I’ll be doing that again. I’ll be coming back to this location often!

Twice I’ve doordashed cheesy roll ups from this group and twice they’ve screwed them up. I think a group of three 2nd graders could put cheese in a tortilla and send it out to the customer, but not this group.

We used to like Taco Bell but the food here is not good the last few visits spanning nearly one year ago. Order was incorrect and doesn’t resemble anything close to the pictures, especially after the price increases. My family will not eat here again.

People should be screened for unhappiness, anger issues, and narcissism before being allowed to post a review. In an environment when it’s difficult to keep employees maybe you should adjust your expectations to Taco Bell levels. I’ve never got bad food out of this location. Sure maybe a broken shell here and there, but If you want to perfection get off your a and cook it yourself lol. In fact everything is uncharacteristically fresh and well filled compared to other locations. I specifically drive past the Taco Bell I live by on N High to come to this spot. And customer service? IMO Great. At bear minimum they provide at least professionalism. However some of the drive-through attendants are friendly and talkative, and this is at 2:30 AM. Yes I come here right up until 3 AM at times and they still put out fresh food and have a good or at least decent attitude. I really don’t know what else you could ask for out of this type of transaction. We appreciate you guys. Keep up the good work! At the very least this guy doesn’t take you’re effort for granted!
