The food wasn’t as good as i thought it was going to be. Plus the services there was very poor. The older lady who was wearing shorts was very rude. She just trew my food together like she dint care. She had a very bad attitude and it seem like she dint even want to be there at work. Keep on rudely interrupting me when i was telling her what to put on my sandwich. I will definitely never be back to this subway location as well. Plus when i went to use the mens restroom. The bathroom was such a mess in there

I was greeted immediately upon entering the establishment, all employees were nice and professional. My order was started within a minute of entering. I got two footlong tuna sandwiches. I always look the tuna before ordering because I have had issues at other locations with the tuna being dry or having no mayo or way to much. But this location got it perfect. Everything was fresh, everything was covered, the utensils they used to scoop and prepare the sandwich were clean. The floors and tables were clean.They made my sandwiches exactly how I wanted! So glad they had enough workers the drive through employee was kind enough to come make my order while the other was busy preparing a app order. The drive-through employee made my order while still taking drive-through orders and got everything right. The employees were really working hard to please every customer. I made sure to leave a tip I will definitely be back to this location and I reccomend it 100%!

Worst restaurant I’ve had to deal with in quite some time, customer service is a -10 out of 10. Made both of my sandwiches wrong. One sandwich just fell apart after unwrapping it. The other isn’t even what I ordered on the app. The store refuses to take them back and remake them. Online corporate won’t let me enter a date to file a complaint. I wasn’t made until the rude worker cute me off and told me she wouldn’t fix it. I just wanted to exchange one of the sandwiches that I didn’t order for what I ordered . I took a couple bites from it, and then I was like, where is the meat at?

Any time I come to this location there’s and older lady working and she’s never nice. Always in a bad mood and super short with her words. I never say anything but today I went in and there was a line of about 12 people and one of the women in line pointed out to the worker that she was being rude. They proceeded to go back and forth yelling and eventually the customer left. The worker then proceeded to start asking people in the store if she’s been rude to them or if they think she’s rude. While this was going on I was standing in the back and must’ve had a look on my face because this old lady proceeds to call out “Oh and now someone in the backs deciding to be rude.” As much as i’d like to say she was “probably having a bad day” I can’t because she’s always like that. I’ve been the only person in there before and she’s been a grump. So the entire experience was quite comical but also annoying. Will definitely be switching my subway location to one without angry old ladies.

I used to work at 4020 dodge street subway. I quit due to the Gm Teresa she is a thief she steals time from the company she steals food she also is stealing money all the time n trying to make it look like the other employees. She also waters down the meatballs she over flows mayo in the tuna to stretch it. She has employees cut the fresh mozzarella in half so it stretches. I was assistant manager there until April 30 the day I quit because she excepted me to run the store that night alone. I have been alone working shifts alot sense I started . Not only that but she drinks shooters n is always drunk by midday saying she has to go home. On numerous occasions she has left notes in the petty cash saying she owes money back to the safe. She is a a disgrace. I tried to make a complaint but Millie tried to cover it up . But like I told Millie she can fix Teresa’s bread count n other numbers but not the truth

Try to come in for lunch at 1:00 and they will tell you they can’t serve you until 3:00 for no reason. They just don’t want business. This happens a lot. Used to be a better place but past few years it’s trash.

I went to this subway yesterday morning and had the pleasure of being helped by this nice young lady with shall I say a lot of tattoos. I haven’t had subway in probably 3 years but she made my sandwich without making it look sloppy. My whole experience was enjoyable and I can say she just made my experience with posting. People like her is what companies should try to mimic. I don’t know if I caught her on a good day but I can only share my experience.

When my order arrived it was in a sealed bag i open the bag and my daughter notices a hair she pulls it and it just keeps coming out. We called and the “manager”, Trevor says he made the sandwiches and there wasnt a hair that i put a hair in their. I have no reason to do that. When i have proof .
