I will never order from this location again. I ordered a Strawberry Coolata through Uber Eats and they gave me a Blue Coolata. I called the store to let them know and the girl that picked up the phone said she was the one that made it, and said they tried to call me but I didn’t answer. I asked her when you can’t reach anyone can you not refund on your end? She hung up the phone on me and did not answer when I called back. WOW!

There was an employee named Kareem who was very disrespectful, making our food very slowly (seemingly on purpose) and also had the nerve to say very mean things about both of my twin toddlers (2 years old ). Despite all this, the donuts were good so I guess that’s something, although I could still taste the aftertaste of the wd-40 from the factory machines where they were made. I work across the street. I have been coming to this location for nearly 5 years due to the proximity of my office. This is the slowest location ever. I waited 30 minutes for avocado toast. They have no sense of urgency. Doesn’t matter if you are in there with no one or 15 people. Either way, if you need to get somewhere in a hurry I would go somewhere else.

I’m not from around here but this location has some of the best employees ive ever met at any dunks. Alex was so kind!! Even though he was working solo, he made sure we got served in a timely manner, and even stepped out of the store to make sure we didn’t want anything else before he closed. He’s a prime example of how an excellent employee should act. Thank you so much Alex! Wish we could see you in one of our New England Stores! Good luck on any future endeavors!

Service is abysmally slow; manager often spends more time chastising crew than actually helping customers. If I order anything other than a coffee, my order is almost always wrong and the service response is almost never a friendly “absolutely we’ll fix it” but rather arguing and eyerolls (example: online ordered a latte with two pumps of peppermint mocha added. Received it with whipped cream. After explaining it shouldn’t have whipped cream, I was told that peppermint mochas always have whipped cream. That’s fine, except I ordered a regular skim latte with added sauce (2 pumps). It was remade, but with all four pumps and whole milk. I gave up and just took it)

One of the worst customer service experience at any retail location. The person is not willing to explain the drinks, take order makes statement such as “I wanna get over this” rolls eyes and unfriendly demeanor. I get you are overwhelmed but it was no traffic time, i am hugely disappointed with the service from the barrista lady.
