First of all we had to go back to the store because they forgot a sandwich. Secondly the buns on all the Roman burgers were over cooked and hard. Thirdly, 2 people who have had them before got upset stomachs from the Roman burgers. IF we ever go back to Mr. Hero it won’t be to this store. To top it off we had people in from out of town who didn’t get a very good impression of the food and service at all.

Anytime you eat at.a fast food restaurant, you already know about the food really. You go there because you like it. So what you really rate is the location, specifically. Is the food prepared right, fast, it’s hot and fresh when you get it, and are the people nice. Well at this location, you get all of that, plus the nicest restaurant owner around. Rima Patel makes it a point to be friendly and happy and make your day better by preparing fresh, hot, YUMMY food for you that you don’t have to cook yourself. This is a GREAT location for excellent food and fantastic service. Thank you, Rima! I love your restaurant.

Usually this place is great, but the loaded tater tots are too loaded with cheese. I ordered thru door dash and put in the special directions to go light on the cheese and they still came drenched in it. Second time I’ve wasted my money on these. Please be more aware of the special instructions on the door dash orders since we aren’t there to communicate these kinds of things in person. I’m still giving 5 stars because otherwise never had anything but great experience. Do wish u would bring back the onion petals.

Manager was rude and refused to start my order until the pickup time. Would not make it slightly early and told me there is nothing she would do to help. Will not return to this location. I recommend going to the location in the mall. The store did not have a single order to make and they were just in the back talking. They even thought it would be funny to bad talk me as a customer loudly from the back. Unprofessional and rude.

Was the only customer and my order was super easy. 4 10inch Roman burgers. That’s it. Got home and got 4 7 inch hot buttered cheese steaks and checked the recipe and was charged for the 10 inch sandwiches which cost an additional $8. If you go there I would suggest checking your bag before you leave.

Stopped on 11/21 in the evening. I was the only customer – food was ready rather quickly for take out. By the time I got home (5 min drive from this store), my cheesesteak was cold and undercooked. The cheese was not even melted and the meat was cold/tasted funny. The waffle fries were hard as a rock and the cheese dip was cold. Very disappointed and will not be back to this location. I did not call as the other reviews suggest that if you did, you get nowhere.
