So happy to have found a delicious Ramen spot in Long Island. This Ramen is in my top 2 in New York. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I’d certainly recommend making a reservation ahead of time as this place is popular. Beyond the rich delectable ramen the tempura is also very good here. We tried their pork bun and tempura bun both were very good. If you are shopping by Roosevelt field this is just a short 5 minute drive away.

Came here after work with my wife and son after hearing such great things. Started with the tori karaage, it was nice and juicy. Got some creamy soda and the spicy ramen. The broth was savory and had a nice kick too it. My wife had the black Garlic she enjoyed it. Overall great place nice addition to the neighborhood

The best ramen I had in the US. I studied in Japan for a while and it tasted just like it tasted there. The truffle ramen is the best. People should please try it if they like truffle because it is amazing. The spicy tonkotsu ramen was really good too, tasted just like ramen I had in Japan. The amount of food is perfect for one person. The dessert is also amazing, the matcha parfait was perfection!! I am definitely coming back for more

The assorted tempura was perfectly cooked: flaky and crispy on the outside, melt in your mouth on the inside. Also enjoyed the sesame dressing on the mushroom bun and the tonkotsu with black garlic oil.

The broth was amazing- you can taste the 16 hours worth of work that they put in! The restaurant is nicely decorated and we enjoyed our quick lunch, in and out! I had the regular tonkatsu and my partner had the black garlic version. The tuna sashimi salad was super fresh and delicious. Going to return for the dessert. Waiters were quick and friendly as well.
