Lately, it seems most dunkin employees are miserable. Every time I went there, (I don’t anymore) the women working there would be very annoyed that they’re busy. The last and finally time I went, I waited for almost 5 minutes at the register while the employees walked around complaining that someone (don’t remember the name) is always late, and that she has a line building at the register for when she gets there. I was the only one inside. The drive through was busy. But not a single employee acknowledged me, or even had the courtesy to say “just a minute”

Use to love Dunkin’ Donuts but now I find it a waste to buy an iced coffee for $6 for it to NEVER be mixed or stirred. This isn’t from any one visit, it’s been every visit for years now. I live here locally, and I’d rather make my own for a fraction of the price next door at Cumberland Farms. The only time I get Dunkin’ Donuts is when I’m off cape, where they choose to mix their mixed drinks.

EXTREMELY slow, the person on the drive thru headset taking the orders was rude, and when I finally got to the window to receive my order I sat and waited for 5 minutes AFTER the employee thought that she had finished with me. She didn’t give me everything in my order, and I could see it sitting right inside the window. The employee with the headset just stood there looking at me while I waved at her to come to the window. She ignored me completely. THIS TEAM NEEDS RETRAINING!!

My coffee was made correctly! The customer service could have been way better. No smiles on anyones face. It was around 6:30am so it was early but then pick a different shift. The coolatta was mainly just ground up ice and had to ask 4 times for whipped cream. From the drive thru window it looked clean and organized.

Not only did I wait 35 minutes in the line because they take 5 minutes in between each person… but all of the things in my order were wrong and when I told the lady on the phone that all of it was wrong, all I got was “ok…? We’re short staffed” as if that’s a valid excuse to get someone’s entire order wrong. This Dunkin’ Donuts has ALWAYS been disorganized and filled with rude workers who don’t care about giving you exactly what you pay for. It’s sad. Avoid this location at all costs.

Waited 15 minutes at register for 2 people to give orders. 6 donuts thrown in paper bag. I got charged 6 individual donuts instead of regular 6 pack price. I had to pay 2 times because cashier does not know what she is doing. Came home dontus frostings all disintegrated. No box. Do me a favor. Dont be in a business. If you cant sell 6 donuts, dont pretend your starbucks. And to your management i will pay double and go to competitor. Learned my lesson today. I am not coming back for 20 minutes misery on my dime. And to your management. Be proud of whats on display. Because it will not last. Mark my words. Incompetence to sell 6 donuts will not last.

Went there and ordered a medium hot chocolate and medium iced coffee. Too much sugar in the iced coffee and the hot chocolate is more whipped cream than hot chocolate. The cashier at the window was extremely rude as well. Management needs to start training the staff better.

Just drove through Dunkin’ Donuts in s Dennis… first time in a very long time I had such GREAT service… very friendly and fast… the young man at the drive up window was extremely polite (often… infact usually… they don’t even say thank you!!)…. Kudos to this young man!!

This is the worst establishment..ever. I live right down the road so its easier to go here to get my coffee, however I will never be returning. Every time I go here they mess up my coffee/sandwich, whatever I happen to get, so badly that I can’t drink/eat it, seriously I’m not being picky its just utterly disgusting. Today actually, got a dark roast coffee with reg cream and sugar, I’m not sure if they even put any coffee in it at all. Terrible service, horrible coffee, and lets not even get into how long you have to wait. Lets just say if you have to be to work in a half hour, just grow the coffee yourself and make it at home. It’ll be faster. (Insert expletives where you feel fit) this place is the absolute worst place to get a coffee!!!!! Any other one on Cape isn’t any better tho, just make it yourself, or don’t drink it.
