Went through the drive through tonight to grab a late supper. The experience was horrible. My husband ordered a #1 (w/onion rings) meal and I a #9 meal. We sat in the drive through behind 4 vehicles for at least 10 minutes (Sunday night). Once we finally got up to the window it was another wait, just horrible. The burgers were dried up and cold, the cheese was ICE COLD not melted at all, the buns were also cold. The French fries were cold, hard and horrible. The only thing that was even slightly edible was the onion rings (but overcooked- at least they were hot) and the drinks. We did not receive a receipt or any napkins. Poor service all the way around. We should have waited until we got to Red Bud!

Terrible service. Went inside because there were 3 cars in the drive up. No one inside. Ordered. Waited and waited. Finally after 5 cars went through the drive up, I asked again where my two blizzards were. Oh we put them right there on the side counter. I told him I didn’t know that and he could have told me. There is just a bunch of kids running the place and not so good. Our blizzards weren’t even thick. Bad service and bad product!!

Food was cold. Soda machine out of a lot of sodas. Some staff were not useful. Not the first time we have had bad service/experience at this Dairy Queen. Definitely not likely to be back.

Two employees at the drive through window talking to someone outside while I am waiting 3-4 minutes at the counter. Then another customer comes in and is waiting another 2 minutes before someone took our order. Should have stopped in Columbia, they have better service.

New birthday cake cookie dough blizzard with 1 measly piece of cookie dough in it, seriously? Ice cream is always melted and then never flip it like Columbia DQ. I should have like 12 free blizzards by now if you honor the flip it or the next one is free rule. Pretty disappointing ngl.

Went through the drive through waited 8 to 10 minutes for our food. Fries in the chicken strip basket were very few and no fries with the combo I ordered. Of course I drove off with out checking. No receipt given and have been trying to call and no one is answering the phone.

Waterloo DQ has officially lost my business! I keep returning to them, foolishly thinking it will be better next time, but they continue to disappoint. (And we go there A LOT! We Love ice cream!!) I’m willing to give someone the benefit of the doubt until you prove otherwise. Well, today was the straw that broke the camel’s back. The service is super slow, the food quality and portions are sub-par, the ice cream is melty, and the management is rude. On one particular visit, I ordered a twist cone. The OWNER handed it to me and it looked like a chocolate cone with a small white stripe. I told him that it wasn’t a twist cone and he proceeded to try to convince me that this is what a twist cone looks like. I said a twist cone should be half chocolate and half vanilla twisted together. He disagreed and continued to lie. He could’ve just told me that the machine wasn’t working properly. This is one of many instances that I have let slide until today. I will drive the extra 10 minutes to visit the Columbia store which has always exceeded my expectations!!!

Maybe the worst DQ I’ve been in. Teenagers behind counter cussed loudly. A few ants crawling on table in corner booth. Nice looking outdoor seating, but a bit cramped dining area inside. Bathrooms needed attention. Could have just been a poor crew working and all these issues may be nonexistent on the next day. Except the ant thing was bad…
