I ordered 3 pizzas tonight. This one in the photo is supposed to be a Philly with no meat or veggies. I literally order is every time I order from dominos and it has NEVER looked like this. The manager told me it was because it didn’t have meat on it. It blows my mind that anyone working there would think this pizza is worth serving anyone! I also ordered and 1/2 cheese and pepperoni but it was all pepperoni. I ordered a chicken bacon ranch without tomatoes that had tomatoes on it but then they pulled them off. Worst Domino’s EVER! This wasn’t my first order from this location that was messed up. Go to the Alachua location! Their AMAZING and their pizza is ALWAYS FRESH and HOT!

User Error
I was so mad that a pick up order of knots and a large pizza took ninety minutes (not delivery!!) when I finally got to eat it … it was so tasty and delicious I forgot I was mad. 3 days later…. I put a left over slice of pizza in the toaster oven for 6 minutes at 450 degrees and it is still tasty and delicious. Kudos to the chef!

I had received an email for a coupon for a medium 2 topping pizza and for some reason when I tried to place an order on the app it said the code was invalid so I called the store and spoke with Thomas the store manager, about the issue and he responded in a very nice and professional manner. He took my order through the phone and solved the problem. I’ve ordered from this location many times and haven’t had any issues whatsoever our pizza is always fresh, hot and have always gotten a great delivery driver. Thank you dominos in Newberry for fixing the issue quickly, professionally and for hiring people with great customer service! 🙂

This is probably the most organized Domino’s I have ever seen. Staff were very courteous, and it was immaculate inside. I ordered at the counter and it was ready in 15 minutes. Not bad for a Friday night! That’s why I drove 50 miles round trip.
