I arrived to pick up an online order. The store was open. The sign on front said open. There were 2 female employees standing upfront and one male on the back. At this time, the inside was closed. I went to the drive thru and was the only car there. No one acknowledged me at the speaker. I started to say “hello … Hello…” No response. So I began to think maybe they are closed. I pulled around to the window which was open. The male was cleaning the sink. I said “excuse me, sir are you all closed” 4 times. Unless he is dead, he heard me and ignored me. Even if he is dead, he saw me. Then he walked always. I then tried to call to the two women. Same thing. One walked back, saw me, and I said “excuse me, I have an online order. Are you all closed?” She looked sarcastic at me and ignored me. I was about to cancel the order, when the third lady, I think he is an online order and finally came over and gave me the food after 10 minutes. Worst service ever!

I went through the drive thru and person at the window was super nice and friendly BUT what the other person put in my bag when I got home was GARBAGE… if this is what they serving people who paying with they’re hard earned money, then close this spot DOWN!!! Totally disappointed.. my fault because I should’ve checked it before I got all the way home MAD AF

Ok Candler Rd I see you. When I tell you my order was right, food was so hot I had to wait like 10 mins to eat it but it was fresh, well seasoned and delicious. Took about 2-5 mins front the order board to get food. I asked for light ice and they delivered.

This is the WORST church’s I’ve been to. DO NOT come here. I placed a mobile order on June 26, I ordered a spicy two piece and an apple pie. When I got to the window the girl that handled me my food kept asking if I was a door dash and I said no. I pulled into a park and realized I was missing my apple pie. I walk back up to the drive thru window and another young lady with bright red hair said “are you the one with the apple pie?” I responded yes, the young lady then stated “they said we out of apple pies that’s why they gave you two extra biscuits” I said no I want a refund I don’t want two extra (dry) biscuits. She then asked the cook what do she do? He then said to call a number on the receipt for missing items. I went on the receipt and said I was missing an item and no one has gotten back to me yet. I even left back reviews on the survey, STILL no one has gotten back to me and I still DONT have a refund or an apple pie. I will NEVER spend my money here again. The employees act like they can’t comprehend, communicate, or fairly compensate you. I’m still trying to figure out how two dry biscuits equal the price of an apple pie. NOT once did anyone communicate that with me (until I said something) or asked did I want anything in place of the apple pie!!!!!!!

Posted this 7 months ago.(I was thinking since they closed down and reopened that it was going to be a lot better. It’s NOT. DON’T WASTE TIME GOING HERE. I’M DEFINITELY NOT GOING BACK. FOOD WAS HOT BUT OLD. STAFF HAS A BAD ATTITUDE. IT’S REALLY SAD.) I wanted to give another review because I went back after I said I wasn’t, on July 4th around 3:30. This place needs to be shut down after what I saw happened. A lady was eating her food at the table behind got up and told the young lady at the register that she order 2 legs not a leg and thigh. This young lady took the food out of the box and put it back with the rest of the chicken. I said, you’re really going to just put that up there with the rest of the food, she looked at me then couldn’t remember which one she put up there. Myself and the other two ladies that saw this happened, told them the whole pan of chicken was contaminated and they didn’t throw it away they continue to serve that chicken like nothing happened. Wouldn’t give me my money back, gave me my order and I ended up throwing everything away. Smh The whole staff needs to be trained improperly.

Tried this nasty, horrible place on yesterday. Do not waste your money here….the chic at the counter took my order (a 2 piece breast and wing with an order of bombers). Received the order and she gave me a thigh, wing and mash potatoes. Sent husbae back in because I know my attitude, the manager asked to see the receipt and it clearly said a breast, she did not even add the bombers on there. The food was nasty and tasted like old grease.
