Country Mama
I’m writing this review while still sitting here. We first asked for a different table just because the area was over crowded and we just want a booth over. The girl because ladies don’t act like that rolled her eyes and slammed our menus on a wet table and seat. We tried to ask another staff if we could get napkins to wile down the seat. She straight ignored us. As I waddled my disabled behind to the ladies to get paper towels to rewipe and disinfect the table, someone had dropped chips by the table in which our table had none. We recieved our drinks 5 minutes later. We then waited another 20 mins for another person to take our order. 15 mins later a different young man brought my salad, which at that time I asked about our chips and salsa and 8 minutes later we got them. Then another 20 minutes our food came. The BBQ sauce to my chicken strip taste like vinegar. The chicken was hard in my mom’s salad. The ice tea tasted like the bottom of the jug. So I asked for another at 6:40pm. At 7:02 the sever came back asked if we wanted to go boxes and a tea to go. I was waiting to drink it with the food I was trying finish. Chicken strip delicious, fries yummy and salad ok. I even asked if they were short staff and young man was like yeah and walked off. Let’s say this was my first time every at a Chili’s ever. Such a huge disappointment! I’m so done with Chili’s for good! Thank you no thank you! I don’t know if they going out of business because that’s what I’m getting and just like the previous review the sign is still on the stall. SMH seriously disappointed!!!!!

Went here between movies for dinner. Thunderstorm tolled in as we placed our order. There was serious leaking during the storm, and we had to move tables on our own. Food was standard for Chili’s, but we’ve had much better service at other locations. No one at the front to greet customers. Waitstaff took order and left us alone. Someone else brought our food, and we had to ask for silverware. We were never asked if we needed drink refills. The server brought refills after we were done and asked for the check.

The food here is bomb and amazing. They could use some improvement on cleanliness. The floors are sticky and sometimes you have to ask for your table to be re-wiped. The food really saves this chili’s. We’ve had pretty good service 3/4 times.

I placed an order over the phone but the door was locked at 9:40pm when I arrived (restaurant closes at 10pm). An employee sees me outside, but still walks by without acknowledging me. Another employee is wiping down tables and looks at me but doesn’t open the door. I begin tapping on the door lightly and she returns. I let her know that I’m picking up an order. She says “hold on”; re locks the door; and leaves me outside…in the cold! A few minutes later someone else returns with the order. There’s absolutely no reason why a customer must wait outside in the cold for a to go order!

Waitress was nice. But she took our order and was never seen again. Kitchen staff brought out our food. Had to ask one of the only 2 waiters left on the floor to check us out so we could leave. Food was not the same as in the past. I’m really not sure as to what is going on. It used to be good, but maybe they just had a bad day. Plus, there was a whole piece of chicken under my table.

I usually love Chili’s, they have good food and a nice atmosphere. On this visit it was different, the doors were still locked half an hour after opening. I called the restaurant and was told, we are opening now. We got a table ordered our usually soup, salad and chips they are very good and the chips are hot. We were served the salad and chips, then we were informed they had no soup (that’s our favorite), so we left hungry. I may call before going again andmake sure they have my order. The nachos and fajitas were pretty good. The cheesecake, well you can get a frozen cheese cake for a traditional taste. The cookie and ice cream was delightful. Now the restaurant could use a deep cleaning its pretty sticky everywhere, maybe something they use to clean leaves a sticky gross film. The bathroom sink and toilets were clean so that’s a plus. I’d visit again.

This is our families staple eatery when gathering for an outing. The food is always superb and so is the customer service by all of the workers. It’s always clean and friendly. We love this Chili’s!

Very busy place, the server was very busy, so in turn the service was not that good, but he tried really hard. We was a party of 3 with a 8year old child. You could see other servers just standing around, when they could have jumped in and helped…. it’s called TEAM work, Maybe the manager has never heard of that! He did get a 35.00 tip for his hard effort!
