On a Monday night, we went to this place around 6:30-7pm. Walked in and a family of four was waiting by the door, I assume for a table. We waited at the host stand for about 10 minutes before someone came to greet us. Both bartender/waitresses could easily have seen us and mentioned something. After being greeted, we were told it would be about a ten minute wait. The place had a few customers, a lot of empty tables, and we just assumed maybe they were short staffed. Should have left but didn’t. We were seated in a booth that was not lined up with the table well and was not moveable. One side was a standard amount of space between booth and table. The other side was so tight that the table was only about two inches from my body. I am 5/3, 140 lb so I’m not super heavy. A chunkier person or a pregnant woman would NOT be able to sit here. This table should be fixed. The service was absurdly slow. It took forever for the server to greet us and take our drink order. She was in such a hurry to get away, I couldn’t even finish the details of my drink order and then she asked me with a side of snark “anything else?” We should have walked out but by now we were invested. After the drinks came, it took a long time for her to come get our order….. this pattern continued up until we had to ask for the check. This was terrible service on a slow night, mediocre food, and a very uncomfortable seating arrangement. Never again. Go somewhere else, please, especially if you are just trying to get a quick meal.

Waiter was very unattentive. This was our first time here and doubt we’ll go back. Breadsticks were terrible, no flavor and when we ordered them we asked for small side of alfredo sauce for dipping. We did not receive the sauce until after the breadsticks were at our table and were charged 8.99 for it. Pizza was not great at all.

The pizza is good if you ignore the price. What isn’t good is their service. You can’t call in an order (because good luck with their clunky online ordering) and if you do call in, you get put on hold for ages. I literally heard the line pick up and the phone put down again. Seriously? We’ve dined in before and it was just as bad. I’ve given up on this place.
