Terminal A, 10am, 8/25, by gate 4. Octavia at till 60871. Not sure Boars Head in this area cares because I see horrible reviews. But posting anyway…I bought a water, it was warm. I asked for a bag and was told no. I asked for it again and was asked if I didn’t understand her when she said no. I’m taken aback due to her tone, so rude. Octavia has been taking on her cell phone now for the last 10 min with her back towards customers. She’s still ringing them up but has never gotten off her call. She is in the wrong job.

My wife and I wanted a sandwich between flights. We had the Italian beef sandwich. The good news is that the sandwich was excellent.

The employees were having their own conversations while waiting on customers. This is disrespectful. Most importantly, when the orders are ready, no one knows who order is which. To solve this problem, customers names SHOULD be taken while ordering to eliminate errors. I ordered a Turkey Pesto & drink ($19) and received a sandwich loaded with cheese. It was time to board my flight, so I was unable to return the grilled cheese sandwich. I throw the sandwich away, as this is not something I eat. I ordered from Boar’s Head Cafe because they’re a trusted brand. I would not order from the Atlanta store again.

The food was great the people not so much. There was one person ahead of me. I ordered a sandwich. The person immediately after taking my order went over and engaged in a 5 minute conversation with another worker. I asked to speak to the manager. And guess what. The lady that has no care in the world about other peoples time was the manager. This place can make great food. But expect 0 customer service. If your in a hurry forget it. There are lots of other options nearby that will show respect for your time and customer service.

Worst experience ever! I will never go back. My son asked for a sandwich and they gave it to another person. I asked them to make a new one because I already paid and our flight was boarding. Then the young lady behind the counter got nasty with me so I asked for my money back and a managers number. She sent another woman over who blamed me for them not handing my son his sandwich. I asked for her managers number and she said just contact corporate and to go to your plane. Nasty horrible people working at the Atlanta GA Airport Boars Head Sandwich Shop

Disgusting! Instead of calling orders by ticket #s, the staff calls it by the order made, then they put your sandwich/bagel/etc in a bag without a tag. So other staffers comes to open the bag and the sandwiches to see what it was to call out again. I saw the same sandwich/croissant/bagel being opened several times by different people. Absolutely disgusting!

Visited the ATL airport location this morning. They service was horrible. I ordered a build your own over priced sandwich which came with an attitude. Turkey on white with cheese mayo and lettuce is all I wanted after my 12 hour flight. What I got for 16.19 was bread cheese and meat not what I asked for. I didn’t have another 10 mins to wait for them to add what should have been added in the first place. When you have an attitude that early in the day you probably should just stay home. People don’t want an extra side of attitude with their food.
