I ordered two protein bowls & chicken eggroll delivered by Uber Eats. Rice was undercooked and almost raw. Eggroll was burnt. I called the restaurant and placed a hold for the manager on duty. I was hung off and couldn’t reach the restaurant afterward.

I love this chain and normally go to rolling meadows but they are temporarily closed. My husband and I came here to fix our craving. We watched other people that placed orders after us get served but our order was nowhere to be seen. Our order took over 20 mins, and we were in a rush to get somewhere by then.
