I asked for a rice and bean burrito no cheese. They gave me cheese and beef. I went back in and said you put cheese on it and they said we don’t have cheese to put on it making it seem like I’m crazy. I have pictures to show the cheese

The employees here are so rude!!! Then staff had the nerve to tell me they can make me wait even longer! Don’t recommend eating at this location! Pictured is the employee who told me he could make me wait longer than the 15 minutes I already waited! Laughing with the staff in the back

Went in to pick up my (paid for) mobile order yesterday. My food was placed on the to go tray on the counter as usual, I went to go pick it up and the lady behind the counter grabbed my hand and the bag and wouldn’t let me take my order. She became very aggressive, and started talking down on me. I showed her my phone and the mobile receipt. She then raised her voice and told me “that is not how it works at this taco bell, and if you do not like it don’t come back” still holding my food from me. At this point I felt very disrespected and uncomfortable as everyone in the restaurant started watching. I have never experienced this before at a taco bell, and I almost always mobile order. I became uncomfortable with her staring at me and treating me like a little kid. I said to her “Ok l understand please give me my order” to which then she pushed my order into me, rolled her eyes and walked away. I got into my car to leave, and as I was leaving she was in the drive thru window along with 2 of her coworkers pointing at me in my car, sticking their heads out of the drive thru window and yelling something at me, mind you a customer was waiting to give them their card at this time too. When I finally arrived home and wanted to eat my food, my volcano taco had no shell, and my crispy chicken taco looked as if someone mushed it together with their hands. Needless to say; I will never be returning to this taco bell establishment, I am very disappointed that this is allowed there, and probably will get away with it. Never felt so uncomfortable and disrespected in my life. I recommend driving the extra 10-15 minutes and going somewhere where you wont feel disrespected and borderline harassed for picking up your order.

I absolutely love Taco Bell as a franchise and have eaten here numerous times. Would definitely recommend this location this location if you would like to be rushed as you’re ordering and be met with an attitude. I was going to bring a bunch of food home for the family but left with just 4 items (of which fed only 2 of the 4 people). Great customer service skills! 🙂

Joan, a drive-thru attendant at this location, is probably one of the single most pleasant people I’ve ever interacted with, let alone within the food service industry. She deserves any good thing that comes to her in life.

There was a short period of time when this place actually shredded the steak used in their burritos and Quesadillas. No other taco bell had ever done that. I gotta tell you, it was AMAZING. Wish they didn’t stop doing that, but wish more that Taco Bell in general would implement the shredding. The flavor was off the hook.

Pulled in to go to the drive thru. Went around a truck who was pulled across the parking spaces for the bank so I went around them. The women beeped her horn at me. I ordered my food in the drive thru and pulled up to the window. A young man took my payment and was quite pleasant. The women who I went around in the parking lot happened to be one of the employees. She came to the window and basically told me that she was the women I went around because she was going “too slow” for me and that I supposedly glared at her while I was ordering my food. She then proceeded to tell me that I shouldn’t be driving after having my eyes dilated. I had my eye appt an hour in a half prior and my eyes were still sensitive to the light hence why I had the shades on. I will NEVER go to that Taco Bell again. Poor customer service!!

Why? Why is it so hard to get a food order right? Whatever excuse you’d like to give, it comes down to LAZINESS and poor management. When did they start putting 3 times as much sauce on things? It drowns everything else out. Maybe it’s the ordering system that makes it confusing for your employees. Either way, you up the hourly wages and employees are still just as terrible, only now they get paid more for it. Where’s the accountability? Where’s the pride in your job? Don’t like where you work? Leave. Can’t afford to leave? Then do your work properly. Not making enough money? Find a better paying job. Nobody will hire you? Look in the mirror and ask why. Fastfood chains have become a joke and it’s all because of the employees they choose to hire. Because it’s cheap labor and poor people will work for anything.
