Go here a decent amount since I work nearby, usually through the Drivethrough. Kaitlyn is the usually 1st window and she is quick, nice, and efficient in taking the orders and cash. The 2nd window is hit or miss. If they ask you to wait in a parking spot or go to the third window, I might actually decline. They have sent me to that window 4 times, and 3 of those times I waited up to 20 minutes watching the line behind me empty out. I had to go in to ask where my order is twice. Its a major headache especially in the morning when most people are stopping by on the way to work. So overall the place is fine unless they tell you to go to the 3rd window, then its a nightmare. At least give an estimated length of time it will take. The latest time, I was sent to the third window to wait for a cup of ORANGE JUICE, and waited 10 minutes before getting fed up and going inside (took less than 30 seconds when inside).
