Food had an odd taste and was dry, like it was old or freezer burned. My order of hash browns consisted of 3 has browns. Service was slow and there was an abundance of flies in the store. On the flip side the coffee was good

I used to come here daily but as of today I will NEVER step foot here again. I come here so much that the hispanic lady who’s been there the longest recognizes me. After today I’m NO LONGER giving this location my service. Nasty employees, nasty managers. The way I was disrespected today over A COFFEE I PAID for was insane. I had to leave before I got out of character. It’s always that older lady with the stank face and the lady in the blue shirt that has no idea what she’s talking about I don’t even know how she’s above anybody there. The owners need to do better with who they hire.

Rude, get your order wrong every other time, don’t want to fix their errors. Make the order correctly and you won’t have to fix it. Don’t charge people’s accounts and then not give them their coffee because your system is acting up. You’re pouring coffee into a cup and handing me premade donuts, no one’s asking you to write me new code for facebooks algorithm.

Every time I stop at this dunkin I ewait at least 10 mins to order at the speaker, with an empty line or one other car. No one says that it’ll be a minute or to hold on. If you try to say hello or make sure they’re open they ignore you. Takes an additional 5-8 mins just to have a basic coffee made. Mean while employees are inside on their phones and standing around. I would rather drive to a different location than wait 15 mins for a coffee when no one else is in the drive through. The coffee is burnt and tastes poor, especially after the long wait. Save your time go to the Starbucks by publixs instead.

FINALLY a really good Dunkin store. The employees all move fast and efficient. I’m a huge Dunkin fan and this is the only store that impressed me out of all the ones I’ve been to. I hope this never changes.

I have been Going to Dunkin for years and this was not a good breakfast. The donut I ordered would be chocolate sprinkled frosted doughnut that they handed to me turned upside down all of the frosting stuck to bag. Orders of the snackin bacon that was cold and looked almost see through didn’t taste sweet or have any pepper so dissatisfied I had to go to another dunkin to re order my food

My wife and I pretty much have a standing order, (mostly by ourselves) untill somebody gets it wrong. ( But not here) as it one of the best for coffee ☕, bad donuts . If course we very much love there morning wraps, with , sausage, cheese, wrap, never cold either! ☕ ☺️☺️☺️

Worst establishment I’ve ever been to. I had to go in the store because they were not servicing the drive in line at 5:00pm. All the staff looked under 21 and swearing the entire vist. I had my under age kids with me and staff was using foul language and having their own unprofessional and unnecessary gross conversations amongst themselves. Who ever left these high school staff and future gas station attendees to themselves needs to be fired.
