This is the worst tbell ever. Everytime I have gone they have been out of something. I called today before I came in so I didn’t make the trip and was informed when I got there that they also weren’t taking cash. I ordered two of the grilled chipotle burritos and customized them to resemble an old menu item, I do this often so I know it tastes correct when made right. However this was not the case, I received my burritos and both were wrong, having maybe a piece or two of chicken, soaked in sauce, and a few grains of rice (which was 1.40 to add to both burritos). With all of this I also did not get a receipt when I got my order, having to pull through again to get it all while the manger acted like it was extremely unreasonable to want the receipt. Overall I will not be giving this location a second chance, cannot chance going hungry again.

Worst service possible! They gave me a different order and when I went back after having to drive 15mins to them the lady still didnt give me the correct order and refused to give me the manager name. When he came to the window he told me he didn’t have to give me my correct order I paid for or my $ back. Got my order and got back home for it to be messed up again after I repeated several times No tomatoes or sour cream! Worst customer service and experience ever.

All the things you like about Taco Bell. This one doesn’t have any of them. They can’t take your credit card, they are out of this or that. They don’t have anyone in the kitchen that day. This one is right by the house so I visit it every once in a while but I have rarely exchanged money for food here. I recommend the one closer to 135th and state line. They somehow always seem to be open and have ingredients for the food I order and people there to make it. And a working credit card machine!

I’ve said it before and I will say it again, the service here is hit or miss. sometimes its 5 starts and sometimes its zero stars. the food today was zero stars as i always ask for no onions and 2 of my items had onions on them.

Every time i try to eat here in the middle of the day the lobby is closed. Also if i go through the drive my order is messed up, something is always missing. Today i went and they locked the lobby door as i was walking up to the store. There are signs that they are hiring, but if the lobby is always closed how can someone apply. Also the workers have been rude on more than one occasion with me, when all i did was ask if something was available. Even though this location is closer to me, i now drive over to Metcalf or down to the location closer to 135th. I do not recommend this location at all.

This location is losing business rapidly today because they hold people at the speaker and the drive-through and their speed of service is so slow we’ve been here for 30. 5 minute smell? I called the location and a manager did answer the phone. She said they were working as fast as they can and she apparently has plenty of time to answer the phone period. I would say get out of the office. Don’t answer the phone and take care of your customers period.

Just 10 minutes ago I was turned away from the drive through because the employees decided that they needed to close the store. And I proceeded to ask why and the response was because it wasn’t time to open. On the door it states open daily from 10am to 1am or later. Yeah and to be brutally honest this location has had most inconsistent service as far as keeping employees and or the issue of opening the dining room and having product available.

This Taco Bell is a joke. I would give zero stars if I could. Don’t waste your time going here if you don’t want to go through the drive-thru. I live close, so I’ll walk there sometimes and it’s a 75/25 chance the doors will be locked. Well, today, at 12:20pm on a Saturday (which is an absolutely normal business hour), I decide to take a chance and the first door I try is locked, so I go to the other one and it’s unlocked, nice (now I know that was probably because a worker went outside to smoke or something and forgot to lock back up). I walk in and up to the kiosk to order a couple burritos and am told “I’m sorry sir, our lobby is actually closed”. I ask what the difference is between me ordering in the store and another car driving through the drive-thru and, literally verbatim, the lady repeats “because there are only two people working, because there are only two people working, because there are only two people working”. Then she tells me, sarcastically, to have a good day, when I’m obviously upset and got no actual resolution. Thanks. This store needs to be closed down if it doesn’t make enough money to pay more employees OR they need better management that doesn’t allow such wishy washy service. I work retail and have had plenty of fast food jobs that would have never have allowed employees to just decide when the lobby is open and when it’s not. I don’t even blame the lady I talked to if her working conditions are that bad, but it was literally a joke. I will never go back to this location.

Unfortunately, this particular Taco Bell location has repeatedly failed to meet my expectations due to their cashless payment episodes, frequent out-of-stock items, and inconsistent operating hours. As a result, I’ve found it difficult to enjoy a reliable and satisfactory dining experience at this establishment
