The staff who was there today around 9pm was very rude. They were in a rush to give my husband and I food and barely helped us when asking questions about the menu items. Staff is MUCH nicer at Cajun Grill. Won’t eat there again.

In the Miami Dolphin Mall I got 2 entree combo shrimp and general Tao chicken and one side (rice) got charged extra for shrimp? Not worth it will not eat here again!

I literally never write reviews because I try to not pay any mind. But this lady whos name I did not catch because she wasnt wearing a name tag. She kept trying to rush me even tho there was no one in the line. She kept giving me attitude while serving me because I didnt know the name of the food? Girl does it look like I work there. If i could give 0 stars. I would.

Some of the food is good, others are not. If it’s anything fried (which is most of their food) you are going to get mostly breading. When I went and asked for the 2 entrees and side, I asked for the fried rice, when I checked my receipt later, they charged me an extra dollar for it saying it was “special fried rice”. The main issue there is that they did not tell me about the extra charge beforehand. Lastly, their drinks are overpriced and on top of that they charge an extra dollar for refills. Also, I got regular coca-cola and it had an awful aftertaste (like dirty water). The Sukiyaki chicken is bomb though.

The teriyaki chicken sauce is great, but the chicken was very dry. The rice tasted burnt & there were burnt pieces in it. (Probably from scraping the bottom of the pot.) The lo mein & veggies were good. The best thing was honestly the fountain drinks. It’s Chinese food court at the mall so I mean, what do you really expect?

I just came here to eat and food was trash, old ,looks like reheated from yesterday, small portion, and hard to chew. Chinese fried rice was brown rice with vegies, no meat, very bad quality, do not recommend.

If there was a negative star I would give it to them.. HIGH RECOMMEND go to the next restaurant over or so, the lady who was serving me had a attitude when I asked her I wanted half rice rice and half noodle with 2 choice she goes and tell me you can’t with I don’t care about the price I was WILLINGLY to pay extra and NO CUSTOMER SERVICE she really need to be train!!

Wish I read this earlier. The ladies are nasty and so is the food. They didn’t give me enough food too. The chicken I’m having is horrible. Has to be something else besides chicken. Total waste of money. They only want to take your money. Glad I didn’t buy any overpriced drinks.
