The Palace is a bright and clean environment. The atmosphere is welcoming and energetic. The food was good but can use a little flavor. I like spicy things. The service was good and I love the hand written licenses they have posted.

Not pleased with the service of this establishment. The first time we went everything way amazing. The second time 6 peoples orders all got messed up, but it was tried to be made right. This time the owner/ bartender was very rude when our group of 4 questioned what was what in our order. He snapped at us stating us that we were arguing with what was what. And that we were being rude and didn’t know what we were talking about. We didn’t even get half of our food order. And still got charged full price for everything.

NEVER AGAIN. My family arrived at your restaurant tonight and the waiter was immediately upset of the large group. Regardless, customers should be treated respectfully, and not be given the middle finger and told “fu** you,” by the waiter. Obviously this place of “business” doesn’t care much for customer service, and have no manners whatsoever. Another of my family members was told by the waiter that she must “do her work on her knees.” SERIOUSLY? What kind of disgusting comment is that?! Incredibly rude, disgusting, and lots of swearing. We will NEVER return to this business place and NEVER recommend to anyone. Left before the food came, no point in taking that kind of harassment and verbal abuse.
