I drive more a good little minutes, past multiple other crumpy’s locations in white haven just to come to this location on park. The food is by FAR the BEST, and staff is clean, laid back, and they really care about getting things right (even willing to go the extra mile). 1st time eating at this location. Because Ive gotten sick from chicken before, i prefer my wings fried hard to ensure their done. So, my chicken was cooked 2 order but it took over 20mins for my order 2 be prepared. Not sure if I will return. It wasn’t memorable. I wanted 2 respond to the OWNER, after I read his response to my opinion of this wing establishment. However, I dont see a reply button. But, NO WORRIES, I will not return. Horrible customer service and mediocre food, let’s see how long you stay in business. SMH..

Don’t waste your time. Ordered through their online system around 6:45. The system said the order was placed AFTER BUSINESS HOURS and the order couldn’t confirmed. THEY LITERALLY NEVER CONFIRMED THE ORDER PER MENUFY AKA THEIR ORDERING APP TODAY AT 5:09pm. Called MULTIPLE TIMES without answer trying to confirm they were open before I drove up there. Been back and forth with the online ordering company. Tried to call the store multiple times the past 2 days without success. Owner claims they waited on me till 8:15 and refuses to replace the food or refund me or even understand that the app mislead me and ignoring calls during business hours isn’t great for online orders. Finally spoke with the owner today and the unprofessional attitude over $22 was unfathomable. If a business uses an app that claims they are closed and cannot confirm an order, they should at least be professional enough to address those situations. The owner became very hostile towards the end of the call. As I tried to explain what the app said he kept calling me a liar. I don’t know what a person would gain from ordering food and not picking it up? What kind of takeout-only restaurant stops answering the phone an hour and 15 minutes prior to closing. Scam alert.

I love this location because it just feels like visiting family. They guy that is normally there is very nice and honors your requests with no hesitation. The food is great, the man is very funny and has great people skills. It’s not a very big location but don’t let that fool you! My bf and I, before covid, ate there and had a nice time. They normally have something good to watch on tv while you wait or eat there. And when I order fires with extra seasoning that’s exactly what I get and it is oh so to my liking. My bf and I have never had a bad experience here. DO NOT sleep on this location or you will be missing out!

I got the 4 piece tenders with fries. Very reasonably priced. Got honey gold and honey hot. Great flavor and crispy chicken. Will get again. Fries were also tasty. Ranch is not homemade and is small so get extra. Would like them to start making it in house.

Everything about this place was amazing! The food was EXCELLENT! I had the Regular Hot wings and Fries combo. The service was great as well! Everything was very clean and neat. Very very friendly staff too. The food was fresh and made to order! I even went back later that day and purchased more food again and was highly satisfied! This is now my new go to wing spot!
