I ordered for pick up, but my food wasn’t ready for 15 more minutes. It’s never ready on time, usually. It’s not the best customer service. And my food was cold. At least it still tasted decent. I’m sure they could bounce back. They seemed short on people, so I’m not gonna slam them too hard. I been on the other side, so I know. But c’mon yall can do so much better.

This place opens at 10:30AM. The average lunch seeker in Downtown MPLS starts at or near 11:00AM. I went there today for the 1st time and they were out of pico de gallo and guacamole by 11:30AM?!?! If you don’t have the proper ingredients to function on a given business day, DON’T OPEN YOUR DOORS…. SMDH

This is the best Chipotle in downtown Minneapolis. The burritos are delicious, always stuffed to the max and rarely broken. The staff are quick and the orders are almost always done before the pickup time. And people downtown know it, because today when I went at 12:40 there was a line of 20 people and 10 more people waiting, and the staff weren’t missing a beat. A guy was super mad and yelling at the staff, who calmly informed him that they were short-staffed and that his order would be out shortly, and they kept flying through the orders even while he kept yelling at them. In the end, the guy got his order in less than three minutes. The people who work at this Chipotle are heroes, end of story.
