I recently visited the Dunkin Donuts location in Springfield, VA, and I have mixed feelings about my experience. On one hand, the service was impressively fast. The staff members were efficient and seemed well-trained in handling orders quickly. I appreciated that aspect, especially when I was in a rush and needed my morning coffee fix.

Workers are great but got to say service needs improvement. It was a bad idea taking this new spot. It was far better service when it was in the old location. The drive through was a bad idea. Workers cannot keep up with the demand. This location needs to be managed better. Hope this gets fixed before it’s too late. When people are complaining for a minimum of 15-20 mins or more for an order either pick up, drive through or something else, it is surely a problem. I thought it was just by chance. But seeing other people posting an issue like this. It’s really a big problem. Sad to say, Hope this gets resolved.

It was really busy and they were out of various items, like croissants and some coffee. I waited for about 30-45 minutes for coffee and 2 sandwiches, but then they were given to me with English muffins instead of croissants, despite them bringing out more croissants.
