My wife picked up the big New Yorker at the lake mini drive store. She said the young man who helped her was really nice. I had high hopes the the big New Yorker would somewhat come close to New York style pizza it was terrible!!!! It was old looking and dry. No melty cheese on this thing it looked and tastes like a piece of cardboard.

Order was 45min late, good was warm at best. Called the store, the call was routed to a call center, was hung up on by the call center 3-4 times before reaching the store. The person who answered didn’t care that the order was 45min late just kept asking if we got all our food. They gave the phone to a person who said they were the GM. The GM was rude and refused to identify themselves (said he wasn’t required to), refused to provide the name or contact info for the District Manager or corporate. I tried to explain to the GM the issue he did not care just asked if we gotten our order, got rude and hung up. If I could give negative stars I would. I order almost weekly, stinks I have to find another pizza place for our Friday night game nights.

Walked in there to order a personal pan, black girl is sitting on the booth where customers should sit in the lobby on her phone. She doesnt even notice me walk in until im at the register and she gets up from behind me to ask me if I am ready to order. That is INSANE. Literally sitting down doing NOTHING. Its ironic, because directly behind the desk it says “if you have enough time to lean, you have enough time to clean” on a piece of paper taped to the wall. However, she was definitely leaning. Also super attitude-y. Ordered delivery with my mother again today, and they delivered the wrong pizza. Trash.

Been a customer here for over 5 years but today will be THEE last. Placed my order waited over 30 min for them to call me & leave a voicemail & tell me “we’re sorry our delivery driver doesn’t feel safe delivering to your apartment complex at night” HUH?! Mind you I used to live in the middle of a bad neighborhood a year ago where people were being shot at weekly & it was never an issue. When I spoke with the person who left the voicemail in the middle of me explaining why this was confusing he rudely put me on hold & left me there for 4 minutes then came back on the phone to say “sorry my manager called” again. HUH?! Customer service -0 then when the manager got on the phone she was rude and nasty. Amanda her name is, at least that’s what she told me it was I told her I was no longer going to be a customer and she said “ok great your refund will take however Long your bank, holds it & hangs up RUDELY! I’ll be in touch with the store manager and emailing anybody I need to reach out to. Ridiculous service for mediocre pizza PAPA JOHNS IT IS

For my daughter’s birthday celebration at school, we called and requested Pizza Hut to prepare the order for pickup when they open at 10:30am. The staff not only answered the call, but went above and beyond to prepare our order on time. Our kids really enjoyed Pizza very much. Thank you for Great Service!!
