Dined with a group. Waited for an extended period to be seated. That was a frustrating start. The server we had was courteous. Orders were taken fairly quickly and no long turnaround for the food. I had the honey chicken with mashed potatoes and it was really good. Portion size was way too big. Traveling so didn’t bother taking the leftovers. Didn’t have a dessert after the initial wait so we were all ready to leave. Very good location. Good quality food. Nice atmosphere. They need to focus on wait times.

Had an excellent experience. Justin C took great care of us. He listened to our dietary concerns, kept our drinks refilled, helped us with separating the checks and deciding which desserts to get to go. Shepherd’s pie was great along with the chicken parm. Looking forward to going back.

Visited on a quiet Tuesday. Service was ultra slow and left uncleared dishes on the table. Food plated on my Jamaican pepper shrimp varied in temperature from reheated recently to just out of the fridge. Note solid ball of brown rice inedible. Cheesecake was still half frozen. Waiting staff too busy goofing off and chatting to be bothered getting food onto table, so we ended up waiting 2 two hours to complete 2 courses. Nearly got a parking ticket. Manager almost helpful but not overly sincere. Would expect a franchise on a prestige location to be on it’s A game ALL THE TIME.

Celebrated my son’s birthday here. My party liked the food they ordered but I was a bit disappointed in the Bang Bang shrimp I ordered. They looked more like baby shrimp and there was nothing banging about them. Other than that we were seated on the patio and it was a cool evening with an awesome vantage point.

Great location in the heart of downtown West Palm Beach. Normal waiting period 30-40 minutes. We went on a weekend night so it was expected. Spinach and artichoke dip was real good. My husband ordered the orange chicken dinner and I ordered the BBQ chicken salad. I did see that the meals have increased in price however they give large food portions so I feel like it was justified. I would say the only negative part was that it felt a little muggy. Overall great experience.

It was crowded, hot inside the restaurant and one of the front door’s glass was broken. Salmon was delicious, carne asada was cooked perfectly but had too much pepper, the avocado appetizer was a boarder line spicy hot . Also was not pleased to hear my complimentary cheesecake slice would be available after 24hrs of signing up for rewards.

it is undoubtedly a place to go once in a lifetime. beautiful location. great confusion. not suitable for the presence of strollers or in the case of a wheelchair, we found the distance between the tables difficult. good food, very special flavours. very very nice staff… endless waits…so full of people that it is really difficult to find a place. very elaborate food. paid parking very close. beautiful area, you can walk around the square while waiting. it’s not one of my favorite places, as there are so many people, but I recommend trying this experience. very good sweets, and specialties. good meat. favorite dish chicken Madeira

Our experience at this location was amazing The waiter was nice and the food was excellent. We got right in and out on a busy Saturday night. The starter bread is a little hard, but the rest of the food was great. I had the southwest eggrolls for an appetizer and shrimp scampi as an entree.
