If you are a truck driver parked over night near here, get an uber to go eat. Called for delivery and specified numerous times I am in an 18 wheeler and where to locate me. Left my phone number and told them to call if there was trouble. Even left $10. tip. 1 and half hrs later I had to call just to be told the delivery guy must not have read the instructions..he took it to the business office …which I can’t get to. …advice pizza hut, hire people who can read and follow directions. I promise they’ll make more money.

2 different times now recently we have gotten pizza and both times, it was so under cooked it was like it never went in the oven. I ended up putting them in the oven at hom to make them right. Tried calling the store about the take out order and a young sounding girl put me on hold and never came back… These were a delivery order and a take out order.. Both just as bad.

I work for a delivery service and have picked up several orders from this location. The building should be condemned, it’s obviously in a sketchy area because the place is boarded up and looks closed anyway. Despite this they have what looks like one female employee running the entire place in the middle of the night. If that’s not the case they are still VERY clearly understaffed and what staff they do have is overwhelmed given the hour long wait for one item. Shame on the owner for treatment of staff, disregard for customer service, and btw, DONT look athe the walls and ceiling when you go through their sketchy drive through or you’ll lose your appetite.

I ordered a pizza and I specified crispy. What I got was an undercooked pizza, sawgy and very low quantity of ingredients. Other pizza hot location will make them crispy and buttery. After eating it in felt like bumiting. Never again.

UPDATE: Ordered a thin crust alfredo sauce with extra cheese. Virtually no sauce, Presents of any cheese has hardly noticeable. Crust was tough like it had been reheated.

The Pizza Hut on Dodgen Loop consistently gets orders correct and he food is always ready on time and hot. It also doesn’t taste like it’s been cooked too early and heated under heat lights. This is who we use when we want take out pizza

Food was not on time and late. People were rude when I called in. They did not have personnel pan pizza and claimed they would take it off my bill and did not. Food was cold because the Delivery driver was waiting on another order before delivering the food. The wings did not come with any dip and they were cold

Pizza hut app got the pizza wrong so I overpaid thinking I was getting the taco pizza but paid $20 for some poorly made one topping pizza. I would request a refund but the app isn’t good at that either

The pizza I ordered last week was very good, but not exactly what I order. I was promised credit on my next pizza, the person I spoke when I tried to get my credit was kind, knowledgeable and efficient. I was expecting to be given a hard time, but the employee made me feel Pizza Hut cared about getting things right. And this time the pizza was superb and exactly what the doctor ordered.
