Love their number 8 quarter pounder with cheddar. It’s a great value and so tasty. If u need a quick burger fix this will do. 🙂 Update: Assuming they don’t overcook the patty. Consistency is horrible here.

It’s high time to replace the girls at the drive thru. A couple of months ago there were teenage boy running the drive thru and they were fabulous. These ladies need a lesson in customer service and manners. They look like I am bothering them!

Management has not taught the employees how to run a store on their own. You can tell there’s an issue when they don’t know how to use your gift card, take 20-30 minutes, forget to prepare half your order, give half-empty drinks and ice cream, and then give you the wrong sandwich on a moldy bun while beginning to mix up the orders of the customers behind us.

Multiple times order has been wrong. I’d say 6 out of 10 times they have screwed up special orders. We went inside dining tonight to make sure order was correct. Ordered two plain hamburgers and it took them three times before it was correct. Probably spent 20 minutes to get the order correct. They also forgot one order of French fries.

Beer With Bear
I tried going through the drive thru to get some dinner, and I waited at the speaker for a few minutes with no response. I was wondering if they were closed because I wasn’t getting any response so I pulled forward to the window. (It was 7:00P.M.). I noticed they were not closed. I made eye contact with two girls who noticed I was at the window. One girl was wearing a headset and I expected she was gonna come up, and take my order but then she just walked away out of sight. The other girl soon followed her. After waiting a couple more minutes I decided to leave. I don’t recommend coming to this location and waste your time. I seen I am not the only one this has happened to as well. Chances are you will most likely not even get to place an order. Save your time and spend your money somewhere else like I did.
