I love Sonic breakfast, but this is the 3rd time that I came on Saturday around 7:30-8am and it was not open. One Saturday morning, I ordered on the app, the app accepted the order and payment, but they weren’t open when I got there. Today when I went, there was an employee sitting at the table, he motioned at me to go away. But, the girl that works on weekday mornings at 6am is awesome. She’s super friendly and always has my food out quickly. You need to hire more people like her, and less like whoever is in charge of opening on Saturday mornings .

I was hungry tonight. I ordered cheese Coney meal. I waited for about 30 minutes on the food. When I got it the tots was cold and the strawberry milkshake was melted. Upon checking my food I found long curly hair in my coney. I was disgusted and sick on my stomach after that! I completely lost my appetite! The workers need to wear hair nets especially if they hair shed like a puppy. The only thing good about tonight was the manager was apologetic and sorry for the disaster and refunded me my money.

Consistently the worst in town. Lost my ticket for my meal so they never brought it out. Only a few cars there so why couldn’t they ask? Finally got it after I waited. Kid made some excuses for having to fry the mozzarella sticks (I know how long my order usually takes and had been very patient seeing that most of their staff seemed to be on a break behind the kitchen).

Our car hop took forever to come to us, gave us the wrong order, then took forever coming to bring us what was supposed to be the right order but still had an extra drink on it. After looking at the receipt, I noticed that he even took the order wrong. We got an extra drink we didn’t want, but had paid for… whatever. The food and drinks are always on point here.

Pressed the button one time and it took over 30 mins for them to answer. Then another time I came to pick up an order from the app and they marked it as “on its way” and it never came out. When I asked about my order they said I didn’t have one? Even though they made the screen show “Lachelle is on their way with your order”. I would advise to go to literally any other Sonic in Baton Rouge
