Don’t bother with this place. Poor customer service at the drive through. Rude and immature staff who could take a lesson in customer service from their neighbor, ChikFilA. We’ll find another place to spend our money.

I am a very patient and understanding person but i cant lie and say the ppl who work here WILL get your order wrong some way if you dont go on and order directly, i have gone to this location over 20 times and about every 2/3 times i go theres some kind of misunderstanding to the point where i don’t even bother with the drive thru.

Please train your drive thru staff to include napkins and silverwear in “to go orders” Seriously, how hard could it be? Food is tasty, but there is always some annoying issue at this place every time I visit…one time they even charged me for someone else’s food order. Get it right!

I love Panda Express. It’s a relationship of wonder, tingling desire, eager anticipation, and intensely satisfied longings.

It was a rainy day so I figured I could grab something quick. I enjoy Panda Express teriyaki chicken and rice. It was rainy so I went through drive through. They did not have teriyaki chicken. I was highly disappointed, but I was hungry so I settled for the Orange chicken. Cashier was pleasant and I got my food fairly quickly since I was the only person in line. Orange chicken was decent, and satisfied my hunger. Overall, this location was average.

The 9Mile Rd location is one of the worst experiences I had. My order was wrong. More than half of it was missing. I placed my order at 6:30 pm on Uber Eats. It arrived at 7:40 pm. I ordered 2 half entrees, 2 half sides and 3 orders of (3) crab Rangoon . I received 1 entree, one side and 1 order of (2) spring/egg rolls. I don’t eat spring/egg rolls. The lomein was dry, smelled so bad and tastedk disgusting. So, waste of money and food. I couldn’t stomach eating it.

Ordered a bowl at drive through. It was almost all noodles and rice. Tried to post feedback at Panda but it says the store number is not valid. Called to talk to manager and no one answered. Basically two pieces of meat and a few pieces of Broccoli.

Poor customer service. Before I paid at the window the lady told me (with a bright smile) that she could not add a drink to my order at the window. All she would have to do is turn around and hit a button on her screen. I asked if she meant I need to drive back around and get rung up again and she said yes. In the time it would take to fill with all of that she could have just added the drink before I paid. What has come to the world.
