Edit: Services from the past two visits have been very unsatisfactory. One time we had to wait solid 20 minutes just to get the menu just to get neglected for the rest of our stay as they placed us in the far corner. We even had to walk up to the server for second menu after waiting tirelessly, then waited at the register since nobody came to bring the check. The server saw us, just decided to stand around on the opposite side and chat. Similar experience for the second time.

I had a good experience! Clean and good service. The hotpot was so much fun and a fantastic experience. The sauce bar was also so much fun. Parking is tricky but still totally worth it. If you want a fun night definitely check it out.

Been going here for years. This last trip unfortunately will be my LAST trip. Pricing has doubled if not tripled. Pre COVID I brought my employees and family members for hot pot dinner and drinks. 7 of us and the bill was $150 +/- pre tip. That’s with drinks. I went this past weekend with my wife. We had hot pot, hot water for her drink and a can of coke (no alcohol) for me. Bill was $98.00 pre tip. We waited 27 minutes to be seated and the server never checked back with us after talking our order. I had to ask the hostess on three separate occasions for service….hot pot is “all you can eat” and I had to keep finding my server or the hostess for more food and drink. This was probably the first time in my life that I didn’t want to leave a tip. We did leave a tip though…I just hated doing that.

The best hot pot in Worcester! Locals know this as the place for the most delicious all you can eat hotpot lunch specials! Although this restaurant can get very busy at peak times, the staff are fast and professional, making every dining experience at Chuan an amazing one. They also have a full menu of other non-hotpot food for those in your party that do not want to join in on the hot pot fun.

Went to try something new on a Sunday afternoon with the all you can eat hot pot. The different broth offerings, the sauces, and the offerings made it really tasty. To some it might be strange cooking your own food at a restaurant but it’s worth it! The drinks were very tasty as well!
