This is Jefferson Parks best new attraction! The space is hip, inviting, spacious, and the service was spot on. The menu offers something unique for everyone – and is all shareable for bigger parties. They knocked it out of the park with the pizza – perfectly cooked, fresh ingredients and quirky (yet approachable) flavors (we devoured the hamburger pizza!)!

What a great addition to Jeff Park!! Such a cute and upbeat spot. I only tried the pizzas, but they were amazing. They weren’t too heavy, very light and bursting with flavorful. The crust was perfect. Staff members were all very kind and knowledgeable. Really enjoyed their red pizza sauce and cocktails too. Looking forward to trying more items! Price was fair as well. I will definitely be back.

Such a cool space with a really friendly, knowledgeable staff. The best Detroit-style pizza I’ve had with perfectly crispy corners/edges. Other standouts: The chicken Parmesan, the gnocchi, the shrimp scampi & lots of veggie dishes & salads. A great addition to Jefferson Park.

The food and drinks were top notch. Great location and space. Service was solid as well but the timing was a bit off on food items (pizza before apps). Chalk that up to opening weekend hiccups. This will be a neighborhood staple for years to come.

Was excited to check this place out, Service was excellent. Pizza took about 30 min and came out a little burnt on the top with the sauce was seemingly non-existent, but it still tasted pretty good. $40 for small pizza and a cocktail, I’m giving it a B+, A- only because the service.

Blue Pan was the undisputed queen of Detroit style pizza in Denver imo, right up until Red Tops opened. I had Blue Pan two nights after Red Tops and there was no comparison, the flavors are more incentive, the execution and the crust! The crust was incredible at Red Tops. Both are great, but Blue Pan finally has a real competitor now. (Sorry for the photo, I was too busy eating to get a good one)

This pizza was absolutely ! My husband and I have found our new go-to spot for Detroit style pizza in the area. Recently, we’ve been let down by Blue Pan lately in terms quality but this place surpasses it, with only a slight difference in price (like literally within a dollar or two). The wings were equally amazing and crispy. The service was also great, with the staff consistently ensuring we were satisfied. We highly recommend Red Tops and we will definitely be returning soon!
