Michel Angelo’s in New Hartford is an absolute gem! This place has amazing food and their prices are not bad either. Growing up in New York, restaurants’ like Michel Angelo’s were everywhere. I remember my father and I would go for lunch and, whether it was a large pepperoni pizza pie or a bacon cheese burger, the food was always delicious. Fast forward 25 years later, these restaurants have all but disappeared. I am so happy that I moved to CT and discovered this place. All their dishes remind me of my childhood. My wife and I always order their Extra Large Pepperoni pie or their Cowboy burgers with onion rings. Thank you to the owners for keeping this place alive! We will continue to support and come back time and time again!!

This place is genuinely a hidden gem, the food is absolutely top tier with some of the best fries that I have ever had. The atmosphere is very nice and homey and the service is also top of the line. Would highly recommend for anyone in the area.

I live in Agawam, MA and regularly take the ride down to Michel Angelo’s on my bike. The food is excellent, from their homemade soups, chicken wings, mussels and grinders. My wife swears they have the best burgers she’s ever had. Portions are large, and George always takes very good care of us. Absolutely love this place!

Great breakfast find in this part of the state. This wasn’t on my plan as I didn’t think a pizza joint would serve brunch. Since the New Hartford Diner was exceptionally busy and I had noticed this one had a bunch of cars, I decided to give it a go. Turns out they had a nice buffet with nice choices. It was all good and only cost $11. The service was very good and they continuously made the coffee pot rounds. The customer service was above and beyond, after I called with an APB for my script glasses they dispatched the team in search of. When they couldn’t find them I called back and asked if they could retrace my mini walk-about from my car to the street signage to the backyard patio and the river trail head. Which they did. Later I did find my glasses after my third strip search of the car. They wowed me with their effort.

We order from them often and they seem to be a let down lately today burnt chicken tenders, soggy fries and turkey club with no bacon we understand your busy but the food isn’t free we just want exactly what we pay for! Very disappointing, last week same thing I always order Baked Manicotti and was a disappointment and also was 15 minutes when I have 30 minutes luch.

Excellent food, friendly and prompt service, and reasonable prices, with good-sized portions. The calzones are fantastic, but you’ll probably need a friend to help you eat one. This is much more than a pizza place, with incredible specials as well as regular menu items- and they make their own cheesecake. I understand they will soon be making some needed improvements to the interior which will make an already great experience even better.

It’s a dive bar with great pizza, but the service was atrocious and we seemed to bother the bartender with our order. When we asked for our check – it took 20 mins to be delivered and almost another 15 for them to run the card. Very slow.
